I've been coming to this outlet location for 8 years. I would say the quality of products in Kate Spade outlet is defiantly on a decline. They used to have more boutique stuff, but now I would say 95 percent of the things here are made especially for outlet. They would have styles similar to boutique goods, but when you look closely, they are made a lot cheaper, and less details. Also, in recent years, there is always a line to get into this place. Sometimes they would make you wait even when people kept leaving the store, without any explanations. I do not like to be kept waiting like this. read more

Love this store. Wasn't expecting to buy a purse here. So came to look around and by luck I found something I like. I am a picky shopper and for me to find a purse that I like with the right price tag is not easy. So it had a 60% sale on top of that 20% off. Went in and found a purse for $121 USD all in with taxes. That is not bad. I was so excited. Went home, my mom even complimented me for being skilled and talented. I feel so proud of myself. It was a nice purse made out of cow leather. Not bad for that price. There is not much customer service here because the store is small compared to Coach or MK. read more

Now that they're limiting their capacity, they only allow 19 customers at a time inside which I am grateful for. However when you get to the door first and are followed by 3 white women who are now being told to wait in line and the sales person agrees with them very loudly so you can hear, as if you cut them or something, it's pretty upsetting to say the least. When those same ladies leave the store not getting anything and you leave with a bag in your hand and the same greeter is now suddenly nice to you? Very obvious that they don't see value in their customers until you spend money there. Either that or they're straight up biased against POC. It's complete crap either way. Seeing the line outside your store turns me off. I understand the need to make people wait in the rain and wind when it's crowded inside but when I can count how many people are inside with my fingers, I feel that it's too much of a marketing ploy to show that your store is popular. But I am completely obsessed with handbags now, and obviously, of the Kate Spade persuasion. And I have this location to blame. I mean, when you're walking by and see 70% off, you just HAVE to stop, right? And then get sucked into the vortex of lust as you walk around and have the associates tell you how much the items are discounted. "Isn't that adorable? That bag is just $134 after all the discounts." SOLD. I am so easy. If you compare it to the ridiculous original price (usually in the $300-$400 range), it makes you feel like you're getting a good deal. Plus, the bag comes with a soft canvas bag of its own. Seriously, I am such a sucker. IT IS A PSYCHOLOGICAL NIGHTMARE. But, I seriously love it. Indulge in it. Roll around naked in it (okay, maybe not). My wife and her aunt wanted to check out the store. I figured my wife would not buy anything because she always complains that they are too expensive. After waiting outside for about 20 minutes, I decided to drop in and see what was happening. The darn salesgirl did a great job of convincing my wife to buy a purse. Good sale They were having a 50% off plus an additional 20% off sale She got a purse for $149.87 (including tax) which was originally $345.00 Clean store with a friendly crew. The store was packed with people. One of the crew had to have people line up at the door before coming inside because it was so crowded. Kate Spade as a brand seems like middle of the road in terms of price and name recognition in the handbag world. It's not absurd like Chanel and not cheap either. The styles are quite conservative in design and colours are basic. Just note that certain styles are made for outlet malls only and may not have the same quality materials as the originals. Argh Kate Spade why do you make such cute bags, and yet the outlet prices are still a tad too high for me! This outlet is small (like most Kate Spade outlets I've been to) but the designs are still as cute as ever. I really wanted to get a saffiano leather wallet, but I haven't been able to cough up the $100 or so that it'll cost me. From a 4 stars to 3. Since the WA KS outlet open, I made note to go to the P. Outlet on purpose. They always have good selection of stocks and very friendly staff who is willing to help and answer questions. However, my last encounter was a bit off track. The Asian supervisor/manager with glasses is not the most customer centric personnel. Shame Shame on her for not setting the example and the other staff is much more friendly to shop with. I understood that not too many store offer price adjustment once purchased. I spend about a grand shy a couple week ago and noticed my stuff is on sale for another 30% off. With her long face and stone tone, she told me they do not do price adjustment. I told her that I have not wear any of my purchase yet and they are still within the return time frame. She said, you can return them and repurchase at the discount price. That means I have to go home to grab eveyrhting and travel back here for the price adjustment. To me, she is just trying to inconvenient me. With the discount I got, I am likely to spend more money and purchase more thing at KS. She just lost my additional business. read more

I used to be a total bag lady. Then it wasn't my thing anymore. But today I went into Kate Spade with a friend who is in love with these bags and I got suckered in by all the cuteness. They were having a huge sale. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing at the outlet store, but I really couldn't refuse 40% off plus another 20% on top of the discounted price. It was actually 50%/20% for almost everything in the store, except the bag/clutch I wanted - go figure. But it was such a small difference I decided what the hell. I couldn't be happier! I can use it for work or out and about, so well worth the price. The employees were really helpful and sweet. Answered all of my 100 questions with a smile. Very attentive, but not pushy for sales. Oh I Kate Spade. I just came home with a beautiful summer bag for $50 originally $350. This is one of my favorite reasons to go to the outlet store. The place is usually busy, but nothing like the coach store. Adorable, girly, bright purses. Plus great prices, makes me a happy girl. Though it's hard to just window shop, you've been warned. Writing a review for this place seems almost silly. Either you know Kate Spade and stop in to the outlet looking for a bargain, or you don't and you think purses in the hundreds are stupid. I had such a wonderful experience at this store today. Not only were the bags super cute and extremely reasonably priced, but the employee who worked with us was phenomenal! I am kicking myself for not remembering her name so that I could give her a shout out by name. This girl was exceedingly helpful. I called ahead to see what the specials were and it was 50 percent off plus an additional 20 percent off. I also asked if they had clothes in and if any were from the regular Kate Spade stores. Answer was yes! Lastly asked how the line situation was and the said not bad. So off I went and I had no wait, got right in and got personal help from Lori in the store. They had pieces from last years Cuba line in clothes and purses, last years denim too. The outlet brand KS is a copy of the previous year KS full price line so if you liked the lemon capri collection from last year the outlet has their version now Stocked up on the call to action tees, jeans and a cute st Tropez dress that the outlet had in hot pink. The staff was very sweet and said call ahead and they are happy to tell you what they have. read more

I always thought Kate Spade was a bit too prissy for my style esthetic. But actually... there are some definite pieces funky and edgy enough for the likes of me. They were having a spectacular sale when we went... 30% additional on top of the 30% off! My friends were able to make good on this sale... which came out to around 50-55% off the retail price. Unfortunately... and predictably, the Ostrich Clutch I picked all did not fall under the same sale guidelines (I only got 30% off). Boo to me. But yay for my new arm candy! read more

I love the prices at this Kate Spade (obviously)! I've been here multiple times and think the staff here is pretty friendly and nice. When I came in for day after Thanksgiving day shopping everyone was really chipper and helpful. They all had calculators to help you figure out the final price of items you were looking at because of the different sales they had going on. read more

If you're the only store that still has line ups, that's a bonus star...reminds me of the old Coach store a few years back, but I digress. Even for a guy, I like their style, it's less flashy as Michael Kors, prices are similar though it does feel a bit more higher end. This is an outlet store. If you visit often enough, you will find something you like at a price that will make shoe store bag prices appear extravagant. Kate Spade does not give out dust bags for non-leather or small items, and it made me cringe how rough the staff handled my purchase ... be gentle, gentle! Worst shopping experience ever. Not only the store personnel is rude but they are incredibly ignorant about credit card payments. My wife wanted to pay with her international credit card (she is from Europe) and instead of asking for her ID, they denied the payment claiming "it's our policy". With much surprise, when we arrived home, we found out that they requested to block the card to her bank, so now my wife has to spend a lot of time and effort to fix the problem caused by these ******, just because she had the terrible idea of buying a hat in that store. There's about 15 people in the store. 10 people have left but they still won't let me in. That's ridiculous. There's a line forming, people leaving the store, and no one is being let in. That's just bad business. People have left the line because they're getting fed up with waiting to get into a practically empty store.
