The other office apologized to me for making me wait and go through all of this hassle for nothing. They were pretty shocked about what happened. He wasted my time and my money, and I ended up having to go for a third appointment somewhere else. That also postponed my treatment. Dr. Schwerdtfeger (Dr. Joe) would not recommend. If you are a doctor and you were unsure of the next steps a patient needs to take, tell them that. I don't have Eye insurance, but they do have a coupon on their website that you can print off for either a returning visit or a first time visitor. I also have to use another location of theirs in Overland Park for a specialized Eye test once a year. I believe that they will match any price for contacts that you find online as well. I choose to have my contacts purchased and sent to their location and that I pick them up so I don't have to worry about them in my mailbox. They have a nice selection of eyeglasses as well. The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.
