Thank you Sebastian and George! Our floors needed a deep deep clean. They got it all done in less than two hours too! Our regular mopping wasn't working for these floors because it had so much dirt and product built up from parties and foot traffic. This was even more difficult to clean out because the dirt got stuck in the grooves of the laminate. I had it deep cleaned by a separate company about a year or two prior and they didn't clean as well as CE. CE cleaned off the residue from the prior cleaners I think! CE was quick to set up an appointment and schedule me in for a carpet cleaning when I urgently needed it before moving in. Sebastian was the one who came to do the work - he was very friendly, took measurements for a quote, and got started right away. We did have a little hiccup: the next day I discovered that the carpet was still very wet in a few places. These were mainly places that didn't have as much ventilation, like the bottom stairs. This really concerned me, so I called CE to ask if this is normal. Within minutes, Fernando contacted me back to assure me they would sort it out for me. Sebastian then came back, less than an hour after Fernando talked to me, to inspect the wet spots and brought in some powerful floor fans to help dry the rooms out. He didn't have enough fans for the stairs, so he made another round trip back to the shop and my place to get more fans make sure I was sorted out! Then the next day, he came by to pick them up without any fuss. Overall, I had a good experience and the carpet came out looking clean and almost like new again. I hired CE floor to restore the marble in two bathrooms in my house. I reached out to MB Stone Care looking for a product that would solve my problem and they pointed me to one of their preferred local professionals, CE floor care. Over 4.5 years, the marble in my shower had become darkened and discolored, and iron stains were very noticeable on the shower bench and floor. The grout on the bathroom floor was dirty and products I had tried didn't seem to make a difference. There was also some etching and dulling of the marble countertops in both bathrooms. Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on my floors. I have hardwood floors in most of the house and two bathrooms with tile (including a shower) that were in need of some attention. I have scrubbed that grout with everything imaginable and I could not get it close to as clean as they did! Great service. We usually don't hire anyone to clean our white couches because companies usually use harsh chemicals and recycled water, and they come out looking yellow instead of white.
