However after booking the apt and talking to the owner I decided to cancel my apt. after he tried to sell me a website and yelp services. I decided to take my chances with JC. I called JC's Carpet Cleaning around 9:30am on a Friday and met him at my house by 10:30am the same day! He quoted me over the phone $30 per room which includes closets and stain removal. He promised to do his very best to get all the stains out and he did. I also asked him to clean an upholstered bench cushion which was very dirty and he did for an extra $25.
