I asked them to remove several sick shrubs, design and install new shrubbery and an irrigation system, and put down new sod on most of my yard. They kept me informed about scheduling and worked quickly. All of their employees were professional, friendly, and eager to please. There work was great. They even came back after final payment to adjust my irrigation timer and add some additional sod at no cost. I highly recommend them.

He beat everyone's price and had the best 'get the job attitude' of all my other equal bids. Gregory's crew did a great job on the fence (8' board on board with steel post and terraced where it faces the front street. It looks so nice! The premium cedar they use is clearly superior to some of the other stuff I've seen around here. The crew was clean, polite and fast. I would strongly recommend Greggory and Landscape Investments. Actually, when we got around to building out raised beds around our trees, and flower beds we called Gregory and were able to get his crew to do that work as well at very competitive levels. I've seen his truck in the neighborhood doing more fences as good news travels fast. All of the other fences he is working on look great as well. Price mattered to me as a new homeowner, and it didn't hurt to get the best price from Landscape Investments. But the best part was working with a reasonable and ethical man. The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Flores Fencing.

In the beginning it was a struggle as there was a lack of communication between the foreman, workers and client. The wrong shingles were ordered and installed. When the gutter folks removed the gutters it damaged the fascia, but the gutter folks installed the gutters over the damaged fascia. The client had to complain to the foreman, so new fascia was installed then gutters put back. Screens were not put on. So client had to bring it to the foreman's attention. The foreman took his workers word that he put the screens on. This went back and forth several times. The client finally took a photo of the unscreened gutters. The foreman never came out to look for himself...he took the word of his worker...not the word of the client. When all was said and done they bent over backwards to satisfy the client in completing the job with numerous projects out of the contract. 4 months later, job was done to the clients satisfaction...even though still not the shingles that were requested. read more

After baseball-sized hail damaged my roof, Johnson Construction Services assessed my roof damage and prepared a written cost for materials and labour. They were able to start work within a week due to the high volume of other jobs. They arrived and started work at 7:00am and completed the roofing job around 2:00pm. The reason was that each one of their crew had a specific job function that made the job safer for the workers, cleaner, and more efficient use of time and energy. They had great teamwork and the roof was on in a flash. Also, I was able to get a discount by preferring the TEMKO brand shingles that are rated hail-proof. Of course the only drawback with such heavier grade shingles is just the possibility of some changes in appearance but, after another hail storm with baseball-sized hail, there really was not much of a difference in the looks. I would highly recommend the TEMKO shingle brand because you also get a discount with your homeowners insurance company. read more

Johnson Construction Services did an amazing job on the interior of our home. Our puppy decided that drywall was a tasty treat with baseboards as dessert. Johnson Construction Services repaired our drywall and blended the texture, replaced our baseboards with wider boards, painted and caulked along the hardwoods in 2 days and it looks better than it did when the house was just built 3 years ago! We received hail damage on our roof and their sales team came out and checked out our roof. Indeed it was damaged and when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof they came back out to over see this step also. They where very helpful from start to finish. they did the roof fast and clean, no messes left behind. My wife and I recommend them to all our friends and family. Yes they are that good. Hunter Malcuit and the rest of the crew were professional at all times, and the experience was much better than what I had in 2012 with another roofing job.
