After baseball-sized hail damaged my roof, Johnson Construction Services assessed my roof damage and prepared a written cost for materials and labour. They were able to start work within a week due to the high volume of other jobs. They arrived and started work at 7:00am and completed the roofing job around 2:00pm. The reason was that each one of their crew had a specific job function that made the job safer for the workers, cleaner, and more efficient use of time and energy. They had great teamwork and the roof was on in a flash. Also, I was able to get a discount by preferring the TEMKO brand shingles that are rated hail-proof. Of course the only drawback with such heavier grade shingles is just the possibility of some changes in appearance but, after another hail storm with baseball-sized hail, there really was not much of a difference in the looks. I would highly recommend the TEMKO shingle brand because you also get a discount with your homeowners insurance company. read more

In the beginning it was a struggle as there was a lack of communication between the foreman, workers and client. The wrong shingles were ordered and installed. When the gutter folks removed the gutters it damaged the fascia, but the gutter folks installed the gutters over the damaged fascia. The client had to complain to the foreman, so new fascia was installed then gutters put back. Screens were not put on. So client had to bring it to the foreman's attention. The foreman took his workers word that he put the screens on. This went back and forth several times. The client finally took a photo of the unscreened gutters. The foreman never came out to look for himself...he took the word of his worker...not the word of the client. When all was said and done they bent over backwards to satisfy the client in completing the job with numerous projects out of the contract. 4 months later, job was done to the clients satisfaction...even though still not the shingles that were requested. read more

Once given the go-ahead to replace my roof, he worked directly with my insurance adjuster, keeping me well informed during the whole process and explaining very specifically what was being done. Johnson Construction Services did an amazing job on the interior of our home. Our puppy decided that drywall was a tasty treat with baseboards as dessert. Johnson Construction Services repaired our drywall and blended the texture, replaced our baseboards with wider boards, painted and caulked along the hardwoods in 2 days and it looks better than it did when the house was just built 3 years ago! We received hail damage on our roof and their sales team came out and checked out our roof. Indeed it was damaged and when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof they came back out to over see this step also. They where very helpful from start to finish. they did the roof fast and clean, no messes left behind. My wife and I recommend them to all our friends and family. Yes they are that good.
