So I get there the day of my appointment at 9am. The guy doing the detailing tells me he's working on another car that just came in and maybe he can work on my car in the afternoon, but no guarantees. I tell him I made an appointment. He shrugs his shoulders. So I go and see the lady I made the appointment with inside the car wash. She looks at her paperwork and confirms my appointment, but since he's working on another car, maybe I should have gotten there earlier. I tell her that I was told to be there by 9am, which I am. She tells me I might have to wait. I tell her I have an appointment, and she says it's like at the doctor's office when they're running late, you don't get to see the doctor at your appointment time. I tell her that the guy says he's not even sure he can finish my car today... You ever see the Seinfeld where he's at the airport to p/u his rental car but is told they don't have any cars left and he says "but I have a reservation!" Same deal, they know how to write down an appointment or a reservation, but they don't know how to hold the appointment/reservation, which is the most important part! I left. I still get my car washed there, but I won't ever go back for detailing or anything else like that.

I've been going to Always Clean Cars since 2019 when I did a partial paint protection film (PPF)…read moreand window tint on a new car. They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

The employee proceeded to take a pipe and bang on the bottom of the car to get the track/car to move. My mom asked the employee through the plexiglass: "What are you doing?" The employee replied: "Stuck. Stuck." Upon first inspection after the wash, my mom thought her car was ok. As she drove home, her radiator light immediately went on, and she took it to her mechanic from the car wash. The pipe punctured a hole in the radiator and the undercarriage of the car was dented. All together the repair cost my parents $3,072.02. A new radiator was needed. When my dad presented this to the owner, his reply was: "That didn't happen here." DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! YOU RUN THE RISK OF HAVING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE!

I suppose it did the trick. I do not like people scrubbing my car with sweeping brushes. Also streaks and spots on both drivers and passenger sides.
