I came in for a walk-in pedicure at 6:29 PM. I stood at the front for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me--not even a simple "we'll be right with you." Finally, Sully greeted me and said I'd be waiting about 20 minutes for my pedicure. Awesome! No problem. Then, five minutes later, Sully came back and told me I actually arrived a minute after 6:30--and that they close at 6:30. That didn't make any sense, considering I was standing in the salon well before then, clearly visible. On top of that, their Instagram bio and story both say they accept walk-ins until 7 PM. Why even promote walk ins if you can't even abide by them? They promote nonstop. You'd think this business would respect the things they post on their own page. Not to mention, Sully lied to my face saying that they are only open till 7pm on weekdays. Clearly says otherwise on their story and bio.

I left my old nail shop because they do what they wanna do on your nails and you pay all this money for it .. I wanted a pink French to match my toes .. I guess she had something else planned and I called and booked a appointment I didn't get what I wanted and then she had a attitude while doing it said I'm going to do a more natural looking and then apologize when she saw the look on my face ....

The WORST nail place in LP. The attention to the clients was horrible. The service was rushed. My daughter went in for removal of gel x and wanted a fresh new set. One girl took her nails off by soaking, then ended up cutting my daughter really bad when she began to use the tool to file down. Then she poorly sized the new set to her fingers. She made my daughter move stations then had a guy work on her. My daughter voiced that she wanted them a little shorter and if it was possible to cut down. Well, he cut them alright. Again, poorly sized. Her right hand nails are way shorter than her left hand. My daughter was not happy at all. I would not recommend this place and we plan on NEVER returning read more

I started to go to TJ nails because I loved Tiffany's work, unfortunately she moved further I've gone to Sully once & never again Her work is amazing but her customer service is TRASH She needs to communicate with her customers & not hide in the back room when it's "slow" she could started a customers pedicure/full set in the meantime. I wouldn't recommend this place to be quite honest, I came in for a pedicure with my sister and mother. They didnt acknowledge us despite us you know saying hi and greeting them when we walked in. Anyway they were not nice at all and it felt very rushed like they just want your money. My sister said that one of the older lady with glasses was very rough on her toes which honestly makes me upset. They treated my mom very rudely. We found this place across the street from our usual nail place but came here because there was a long wait at our usual. This was our very first and last time here. edit: looking at my toes and I noticed and realized that they didn't even put a top coat on my toes it's just the paint.... 40 dollars for just nail polish and cut. This is obviously gonna come off within a few days without any top coat. ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if the lady that did them forgot topcoat on purpose because she seemed really bothered with the fact that I said I didn't want gel and I just wanted the regular polish. She tried to insist on me getting gel but I didn't want the harsh treatment on my toe nails. Not worth the money or attitude they give you read more

I would always come to the spot until one time I came in and they mistreated me gave me bad service my nails they only did one coat they charger me they charged me 70 dollars so i gave them 80 dollars and didn't give me my change decided to tip themselves never coming back read more

This is my go to nail salon. And I swear I've been to them all. Especially in the local area. But I like this nail salon. I usually get xl or long nails. And even though I work and stay active. I rarely ever have any issues with the nails lifting or breaking. I'm big on that. Their foundation/base procedure to set the nails is good. Service is good. Wait times can be long sometimes, especially during the weekend. And they only accept cash, but they just added an ATM machine inside, so that's convenient. I prefer Vivian. She is gentle, and doesn't over file. read more

This place has the worst customer service as it gets. Sulli did my nails and I was not impressed by her. She was rude from the very beginning. I got acrylic for my wedding a few weekends ago and I wasn't sure which shape to choose since I never get acrylic so I asked for her expertise. Instead of giving me her input she rudely told me I needed choose a style. After that conversation we probably said three words to each other such as length and wash my hands. The entire service she was so rough with my nails that I felt as if I'm getting punished instead of getting pampered. I believe she's either the owner or the owners daughter so she doesn't care about her service. The whole time while doing my nails she was watching videos on her phone, lecturing her son and helping him with summer school work. When it was done she grab my hands and started to take pictures and videos without giving me a heads up. She than rudely say thanks and tells her mom to ring me up. I paid, tipped and left. I will never return to this salon. read more

I came as a walk in on a late Monday afternoon at 4:30pm. I didn't realize you can make appointments so I waited maybe 15 mins for someone to take me. When to go in, you sign yourself in on the iPad. I did a gel mani and pedicure (deluxe). The lady I got did a great job! She took her time to really shape and cut my nails but fast enough that it didn't feel long. I definitely recommend coming! I will be coming back for sure. Oh one thing to note, they only take cash! I added photos of the mail services menu and a photo of my nails! read more

What's the lowest score possible? What's the score I can leave to warn people NOT to go here? It's always a risk going to a new nail place, and it's an especially huge risk getting someone new to do your nails. My gf had the worse experience with some tech there. They did good on my toes and were able to take my daughter and I in rather fast on a Thursday afternoon. It was $35 for pedicure. They were trying to charge me the same price for daughter who's only 9. I said Nevermind because that's just too much for a little Girls toes. Once I said no that's too much they changed it to ten. Much better but I wasn't happy that they were overcharging me to begin with. My toes came out cute and so did hers. The place is clean and neat and smells good. read more

Been there twice now, first time i waited a whole hour before i was helped, slow. And they are way toooo expensive! Like they do a good job sure but they overcharge, they don't even have a board telling you how much they cost, i swear they just pull numbers outta their ass. I'm never coming here again. Sully is so rude. She did a half ass job. She took off my gel off with nail cutters I told her it hurt and she didn't even stop. She charged me 85$! You can see my nail through the polish! If you want your hands to hurt, waste 140$ on mani pedi, get half ass work, and rude nail tech you should come. I've never left a nail salon so angry. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I use to go to the one in Whittier to get my nails done but the one in La Puente is so convenient for me because it's right down the street. I overheard Kim talking talking about customer service, that no matter what it's always good to speak up. They can't read your minds, and they are professionals but nobody is perfect. It's true. I've heard women come in to places to get their feet or hands done and they are rude to the manicurist. Overall, I will be back because of the customer service.

I was outdone when Kim wasn't completely satisfied (I didn't even notice an imperfection), but she quickly apologized and asked if I had time for her to correct it. By this time I'm shocked because I've been to salons that try to hide imperfections and hope you don't notice. Kim wasn't having ANY of that. They got me ALL the way together.
