Experience: overall my experience as positive. I came to get new tires on my truck and they gave me really competitive pricing and able to do the install same day. My issue is when i received the call that my car was done - they scratched the rims on my truck during the install. Wait time was about 1.5 hours which I felt was reasonable considering the popularity of the shop. When my car was ready Greg informed me that the tires were, rotated and balanced and that an alignment was performed. Greg was very transparent and clear that although an alignment service had been performed, the margins were so small he comped the alignment service due to the minimal need for adjustment. I was out the door for roughly $70 which I felt was reasonable considering the time they took to inspect my vehicle and having done some adjustments, however small. I found Big O Tires to be thorough, knowledgeable, fair and efficient to the best of their ability. Trusting anyone to work on your vehicle can be stressful, but I will be coming back as my trust has been earned!
