They checked the outside pipes for other issues but thankfully, there were none. They were prompt, kind, friendly and got things done in 2.5 hrs and the charge was less than expected. How often does that happen?! They also cleaned up the mess on the bathroom floor and reinstalled the toilet. They have earned trust. A neighbor recommended them.
