I told Nick straight up I was concerned about it and he understood and did everything he could to make the median incorrect. He was polite, straight forward, to the point, gave me ALL of the options, broke down price and non covered charges (even though I argued some of them), he is meticulous and cleaned up after himself, Kept me up to date with warranty company antics and got out as fast as possible. I never had an issue getting in touch with him. The reason I gave him 4/5 stars which is debatably a good or bad thing is, he wouldn't budge on me wanting to just leave the junction box to my Condenser. Granted it did need replaced and I just didn't want to pay for it, but non the less he ended up changing it. He stated if he is working on an older unit and the electrical is just as old as the unit, its always best to replace it. (just the whip). He ended up replacing the junction box itself as well which I don't see that he charged me for. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Things started out really well; they installed a new furnace and then later a new AC unit. We were really impressed and happy with the company and their work, and their customer service was A+. We had the maintenance contract with them for years. Over the years, they did a lot of work for us. Besides the HVAC, they installed a hot water tank, new septic tank, plumbing (replacing pipes) and much more, we never had any complaint with the work or technicians. We would get the yearly maintenance checks for the AC, Heat and plumbing. Long story short, something happened, apparently Academy Air took over/merged with Morrison, I am not sure, because we were never notified. For the past year we had difficulty scheduling maintenance checks with them. I would call in April to get AC check, and they would say nothing available until August, (so what's the point) same with HVAC winter check. We had the Plumbing check last summer, and Academy Air came out, and told us we needed $20,000 in replacement work on faucets, etc. we declined. Our maintenance contract expired in April and we have not heard from them, crickets. We now use another company and are very happy. I just wanted to put it out there, that we do not recommend Morrison Heating and Cooling (Caseyville). Stay away or use caution!!

Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. The thing they did not do well for us is called price gouging. We absolutely could not believe the price tag for what was done! We had 2 kitchen faucets replaced that WE supplied. The job took less than 2 hours, and we were charged $946. In other words, $500 per hour for labor. Seriously? Does Embrich charge everyone $500/hr.? Extremely disappointed in this and made me question their claim to "integrity". If you are considering using them, beware of outrageous price tags!
