He liked it & wanted it. I figured he could also wear it for graduation. Well today we picked up that same suit after some needed alterations. He will be wearing it to his senior exit interview next week. He will also wear it for graduation. He has chosen a different tie & shirt. This place is so awesome & they have several choices. My son just chose an expensive one. I feel it was a great investment as it's lasted 2 years ( so far ) they even helped my son tie his tie. You can't be stressing over that the morning of an important senior exit interview. I will continue to suggest this place. So happy they do alterations in house.

The associate helping me with my initial fitting was great, but the pickup process was just okay. The associate that helped me get fitted was sharp and was knowledgeable with suggestions and fitment. It was efficient and easy. I was genuinely impressed with Men's Wearhouse after this visit. I tried on my tux the day of pickup, and luckily I also tried on the bowtie. The bowtie was broken and could not be attached. I was told to come back in 2 days to pick it up. They couldn't give me another bowtie nor repair this one any sooner. Inconvenient, but this worked within my timeline. The associate helping me didn't give me much confidence on how he would fix the problem nor show me any sense of concern or courtesy for the mishap. When I returned two days later, the associate helping me was not very communicative. He asked for my name then looked on the ipad, then the computer without saying anything to me for a long time. It looked like he was having trouble finding my reservation. He then went to the back room to look, but couldn't find it, but still didn't say anything. I had to tell him that I was there two days ago, then he went to ask the manager and finally found it. I checked everything again, and had to ask for cufflinks as they weren't included. Imagine if I had flown to my event only to find out that your rental is unwearable because something was missing or damaged. That would be pretty catastrophic.
