Almost 2 weeks has gone by and my order was Mysteriously canceled NO explanation. I'm pretty certain they backdoor pairs here. They don't play fair with a sneaker community and are influence by shady resellers to unload their stock before it officially drops and everyone stuck with a pending charge on their card until they figure out what happened and eventually get a refund. Don't support a business that allows its employees to be influenced and give unfair advantages to resellers instead of fairly selling pairs to real customers.

I don't how it happened but I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes for the bargain price of $43 (and change.) Apparently, I came in at a good time: they were having a mad BOGO free sale. I would normally find myself on the fence when I see nice things priced so low, but I was told they were trying to clear their inventory for new products next year, hence, the price cuts. And I tried and walked them shoes all over and were pretty dang comfortable. I was sold. Jackie was helpful and nice and patient. 2 of the 4 I bought weren't available in the store in my size, "but we can order them for you ready for pick up in about a week or two, if you don't mind the wait..." It was a delight working with her. I'm afraid that when I come pick them up, I'll end up spending more. (But if they continue to have that kinda sale, though....) Did I mention I had plenty of time to put my purchase in the car AND make it to the movie? Will be keeping them on my radar for sure...

Will usually walk with my niece to the park and we will walk all the way down to 5 below, then turn in front of the shops, which lead us to Hibbett. Will go inside just to see what shoes they have. Have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes online, have had to return a pair or two at the store. The customer service is great at this place. They greet you as soon as you enter the shop. Sometimes I can't hear them so won't say anything back to them so hopefully they won't take it the wrong way. The value is just like any other shoe retail store, haven't had the time to show up in the morning to a shoe drop. But with the big drops they're usually sold out. I do hope they don't let customers grab more than one pair or give resellers chances at buying a shoe before hand. Really glad there's a Hibbett close to my place, can't wait to stop by a Saturday morning for a sneaker drop.

I walked around but didn't make a purchase. On Saturday June 13, I visited the Downey store (because it was next to Five Below) and what a difference in the CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The store manager Ari (sp) was just what you are looking for in a shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, informed me about 'shoe of the week' and other details about Hibbett that will encourage me to shop there again. I'm partial to Downey because of Ari, he's the gold standard! Every store needs his level of service. I made my purchases at Downey location because customer service is key!!

Standard outlet pricing is buy one get 50% off second pair. Prices are also slightly lower than the retail stores so that's good. No service of course since it's an outlet - you need to go and ask for assistance. Cashiers were helpful, they explained about the slippers, shoes if you asked. Just like the retail stores you get a very nice dark blue sketchers cloth style backpack with 3/4" or 1" drawstring/straps so not the usual free string type drawstring/straps. Bag is also large since it can fit two boxes in it. I will definitely used this bag in the future. Would return if I'm in the area again. Oh yes, this location has a good court. Not the same as Costco food court but there was a line at lunch time when I drove by, and posted prices were reasonable.

ive always wondered about this store…read more. ive been on the hunt for specific western boots in a pecan shade in suede .. decided to visit boot barn bc they have to carry a good selection right? omggg this store has everything western! work boots, cowboy boots, hats, clothing and accessories! they carry sizes for children too! the store was really organized, bright and clean. friendly associates avail to help. prices were competitive, you are paying a pretty penny for premium quality merch. although i didnt find the boots i was looking for, i did find a pair that are absolutely gorgeous. ill be going back to get them soon! also found a leather jacket! parking: located in the torrance promenade, no issues, lots of parking.
