The security was welcoming. People at the register greeted us. The sales representatives were scattered, there were more than plenty of very young workers on the floor but none came over to us to offer help. This store lacks service skills. I finally waved one girl down and she helped me. Unfortunately the shoes I wanted were sold out. I was able to purchase shoes from the kids section and same thing happened, I walked over , there were 2 representatives on the floor and as as soon as I approached, they disappeared to avoid working. This was very frustrating. The store was clean and there was plenty of parking. Since I did get the kids size, I saved about 60 dollars, great savings. This location always has something cool going on when it comes to certain drops and or events. The management there are a great mix of people that know their craft and knowledgeable when it comes to sneakers and the brands they carry. There are two employees there, Maria and Nylah, who were extremely helpful with my decision making when it came down to my final purchases. I will definitely come back to this location. read more

Zero stars if I could. Closing on Thursday 5/12 worst customer service ever. My boyfriend tried to go in to pick up some shoes and he didn't realize they were closing so he asked if he could pick them up and go. Pretty quick exchange. They were already paid so all that had to be done was pick up and go. Keep in mind they close at 8 and that's the time he got there. He kindly asked if they ( one young man and one old cranky man ) could help him with the pickup since he needed the shoes for the next morning. The young man was kind and attentive. The old man. He yelled saying they were closed. Obvious. Then proceeded to yell at my boyfriend telling him he can't help him. Not talking, yelling. The younger guy asked him if he had the confirmation code. He wasn't sure what name it was under so as my boyfriend was about to check on his phone for the name the older man yelled at him. Mocked him for using his phone to find the information he needed to process the pickup. At this point not only is the older employee belittling my boyfriend but in general being an ASSHOLE. He let two other women in who I hope we're employees and then put his hand up to my boyfriends face and yelled at him telling him to go the fuck away I'm not going to help you. Wtf???? This is a really nice clean place. Security in the front is heavy but they're super sweet. I knew what I was coming to buy so I just popped in, the girl helping me out was quick and prompt. I asked for a different shoe size 2x and she was more than happy to help me. They have a large selection and the store was large as well. This place is amazing. I had to go in for an exchange but was running really close to their closing time. I called ahead and told them I was rushing over to exchange my shoes and as soon as I showed up everyone in there knew why I was there. The young man in specific that helped me was VERY helpful.
