I have been here so many times to purchase shoes, and just realized they had a fitting room. I probably didn't know that because I've never bought any clothes from here. It's nice to know they offer a fitting room though. The shoe prices here are comparable to other shoe stores in the mall. They have a sale rack which I like looking at and have purchased shoes from here in the past. At this visit, I was about to purchase a shoe in women's, but the same shoe was $30 cheaper in big kid's size, so I opted to buy that one. I feel like the women's are made a little different and felt a little better (not sure how accurate this is), but I went with the cheaper option. My husband purchased the same shoe, but his size wasn't in stock, so they ordered it online to ship to our house for free. It's nice to have that option if you're not needing the shoes right away. JD's offers a reward system that's linked with finish line, so of course I have that. I had enough points to save $20 off my purchase. We experienced great service at this visit. read more

Terrible experience. Went in there the other day picked out some shoes, kid scans them told him my size and waited at least 15-20 minutes for the guy to bring them from the back and was wrong shoe. Showed the kid again what shoe and told him size waited another 10 minutes for the guy to bring them from the back again just to give me the wrong size. Told the kid again what size I needed waited another 10 minutes brings them out shows me the box only had one shoe in it. He said the other shoe was the display that he would grab it , put in box , and would put it on register to checkout. Go wait in line which took a while because they were busy. Finally get to register just for them to open the box to show me and guess what still one shoe in the box. Long story short couldn't find the other one so had to order the pair and have it shipped to my house. Shoes showed up today. Opened the box and they ordered the wrong size.... Now have to go back to store and return them bc at this point I just want my money back and will go somewhere else. Will never shop there again read more

Came In today and stood in line for some shoes that was getting released today. I had my little sister in line with me as well and she was getting a youth size 6.5 she was told that she could get a youth size and a men's size ... so I asked her to get my size (7.5) since we was only able to get 1 men's size per person. my sister sister than asked if she could get. 6.5y and a 7.5 ( mind you these are TWO DIFFERENT SIZE CATEGORIES ONE IS KIDS AND ONE IS MENS) She tells her yes but looks back at me and says no only 1 shoe per person so we just sitting there like what? It's one youth and one ma shoe. okay cool no biggie so it's my turn I asked her if I could get the 7.5 she says no they don't have it but was willing to give it to my sister before she realized my sister was giving it to me. The manager short , red hair and normally wears her hair in a slick back bun is the one that keeps doing the bs. This store sells a sneakers priced in a wide range. If you want a sole/shoe molded to your foot you can pay around $300. The majority of shoes seemed priced in $100-$150 range but there were a lot originally marked at that price that were marked down to the $40-$60 range. We ended up getting the all black Airmax 90 Nike shoe he wanted for $120. We had shopped other stores too, like Vans and Zumiez. The interesting thing was the sales person on the floor stayed with us and communicated with the people in the back via a headset to haves brought out. He had to try on more than one pair to get the right size so that was quick and handy. I have not been paying this much for children's sneakers in the past due to them growing out of them so fast. But now he's 16 and his feet seemed to have stopped growing plus he's a teenager. What are you going to do, ya know? This mid ranged price store seemed like a good compromise. He had been showing me shoes on the net for a $1000 and well over! They also carry sports clothing but we didn't browse any of those racks. read more

The staff on the floor are very sweet and will ask if you need help as soon as you walk in. I love the versatility of products. However, the cashiers are very rude. I went Saturday around 7 and let the cashier know I had a return. She looked pissed and started mumbling things while rolling her eyes. She sent me off to the next cashier who was also very rude and didn't want to help me with my return. I heard both of them talk about how it was so busy because of tax return season and costumers have "nothing better to waste their money on". I understand they were probably overwhelmed or having a bad day, but I always get this type of service from them and it really sucks because I love this store. read more

I recently won 2 in store raffles for the yeezy slides at your Greenwood, IN ( Greenwood Park Mall) 1 in each color, different sizes. I was called the day before for both colors. When I went to pick up both pairs. I was told by the Manager on Duty (Darius) that I could only get one pair. When I inquire I was told I could only get the size of their choosing. They would not give me an explanation only that I could only get one and would not let me pick which size. I have spent a considerable amount of money at your establish and these practices are not customer service friendly. The staff were pulling their masks down and scratching their nose and mouth. Asking for a shoe from staff members made them really annoyed. The cashiers were working as slow as possible as if they were high and looked completely clueless. Everyone was rude and lazy. I used to work at Finish line when it was there but ever since JD has opened I've had nothing but rude encounters, including insults being said. I had the most aggravating experience when I went to purchase some shoes on 06/20 and they did not have my size and we proceeded to order them to be sent to my house, however the cashier had checked my order out as if he sold me something from store that they did not have. I was not given an order ID of course because of the wrong check out process and I never got my shoes. I went in today thinking I might have to argue with someone to find my shoes, but the amazing manager skylar was able to understand the situation and even gave a discount for the inconvenience. read more
