People aren't the most friendly but they get the job done. I would not bring fancy car to the car wash but they do have a detail center that works well. This is a good place to bring a mini van to keep it maintained good enough for your family. Oil center isn't cheap and doesn't offer discounts for members, for oil changes themselves. They also don't even carry filters for Kia carnivals. Service was quick for an oil change. Overall good experience. They get you in and out fast no matter if you're at the wash, the detail center, or oil change center. One of reason to get the deluxe membership is the under-carry wash.

"Ray" was rather unhappy that I knew what I needed and declined his suggestions at an issue I'm already well aware of. He refused to show me the needle stick with the new oil and told me to "get out of the car and check it myself". 3days later, I find out there is no oil in my car. I was charged $90+ for no oil and to risk my life along with my car. There was an owner who called me but the conversation was more about how great his business. Disgusted by this establishment who is not even accredited by the BBB and now it's evidently clear why.

I've had enough…read more Sure the Boss man for the "crew" of Madisonian car detailers, who don't or can't speak with you, is a charming fellow. Friendly. Ready to go the extra mile - well to convey a willingness to. But after my fire extinguisher "mysteriously" exploded in my trunk, I sat in the Madison detailing parking lot this morning and thought "maybe this they can take care of." Then it hit me. Everything that happened coincidentally after their detailing wasn't their fault. They very patiently explained how it wasn't their fault and did nothing. They'd do the same this morning so left. First issue was the price had leapt to $175.00 for an interior cleaning. Yes, Boss gave me a break at $160 or so but why so high? I didn't complain but paid. Second, I purposefully left my garage door remote in the hutch or center console. I picked up the car and it's gone. Bossman tells me they searched and didn't find it - but offered to pay for it. I didn't take him up on it. Suggested I bring the car in so they could thoroughly search. Surprisingly I consider myself fairly adroit at searching my own car. But every day and every night since, as i get in and out of my car to open and close the garage door, I think of Madison detailers who apparently aren't at fault. It will take weeks to replace the remote. Then days after the detailing, I notice my left front hubcap is missing. My thinking is it's not coincidence that suddenly a hubcap pops off when I see how all the remaining three had been vigorously cleaned. But again, not their fault. In a case out of Carwash CSI, Bossman said he watched surveillance video and it showed the hubcap was in place when the car arrived and when it left. Presto! Not their fault! I took him at his word - didn't see the tape myself but it's a hubcap. I let it go. But this morning I had enough. The entire trunk was covered in grey dust. Again days after the detailing. I took it to the auto mechanic across the street to make sure it wasn't a mechanical issue and we laughed: the fire extinguisher apparently went off and the key was sitting next to it. I joked "should I pay an idiot tax?" And I drove across the street and waited for Madisonian Detailers Bossman. But then it hit me as three workers shied away from speaking to me (likely unable) and I anticipated once again being told it wasn't their fault. And maybe they didn't lose the remote but it just magically vanished or I'll find it in a place I simply wasn't bright enough to search. And maybe they didn't hard-scrub the hubcap loose so once I drove it off the lot, it fell off somewhere (Bossman suggested I actually retrace my paths driving around, looking for the errant hubcap) and maybe they didn't shake up the fire extinguisher and loosen the key by fast sloppy cleaning, leaving the dust bomb to go off later after sitting in my trunk with zero problem for years. Maybe all that is coincidence. Maybe nothing's their fault. Maybe not. I'm not taking any chances. I'm buying a vac off Amazon and cleaning out my trunk myself. Then I'll have to buy a new remote I know I didn't lose. I'll buy a new hubcap. I buy a new Fire Extinguisher that was in the car for years without issues. I'll buy a hand held vac. I'll buy a clue too that I should clean my old car myself. Maybe once I get industrious, I'll also finish cleaning my still filthy rear mirror and the still dirty interior upholstery that was barely touched. Not that any of that's their fault. I'm sure there's surveillance footage.
