Been going here for years. Bought a new car (a challenger) a week prior and took it for its first car wash. I sit inside usually because of weather elements so I didn't see my car from start to finish but when it was ready it had scratches and touch up paint on it. They swore out they didn't do it said maybe the dealer did it and I was like nah bro I did a full inspection with my auto dealer when I purchased it. Then the guy I talked to supposedly in charge said they don't even have touch up paint (but next door is an auto shop?) yeah ok . They said because it was the weekend no manager was in to pull the cameras so I had to come back on Monday. Went on Monday to talk to Michelle (manager) when they opened and was assured she would watch the footage and get back to me. Contacted her everyday and got the same response. 3 days and no updates and no footage viewed smh. What makes the situation worse is the touch up paint because they didn't even try to do a good job like you could tell it was rushed and the paint didn't even match and because the car was still wet the paint wasn't fully dried and looked globby. Buyer beware!

Don't wash your car here. I paid extra to have a good cleaning for both interior and exterior and they couldn't even vacuum properly. They also left the gunk on my window. Everything was dusty. They didn't clean the middle console, nor the doors or the seats were vacuumed properly or dusted or just cleaned off. I had the guy come back and re-clean the inside while I helped clean the rest of it myself. Please do not come to this place, it is a rip off. read more

Do not get your car washed here. Waste of money. I paid for the Silver package, but unfortunately, the interior cleaning (vacuuming & wiping) was poorly done. The backseat cup holders were completely missed. My trunk had a lot of debris that a quick but thorough vacuum could have picked up, if they tried. Service seemed rushed & I had to wipe down the interior myself when I got home. For the price, I expected a better attention to detail. read more

I had my car washed here for the first and last time. The guy was very nice but my car was not well washed. It was literally still dusty, door frames were not cleaned, vacuum job was halfway done, they didn't vacuum the hatch. It's a lot of money to pay for a job not well done. I was polite, I tipped well, left and will never return and will 100% let people I know not to bother. It seems that quality service is not what they strive for. read more

Just don't even bother. They didn't even wash our truck. Still had dust and dirt inside the door jams and dash board. Running boards and exhaust still covered in dirt. They don't even vacuum if you have vinyl seats. The guy at the front is so rude. Literally eating in your face, spitting his food as he's talking to you. I guess they take "express" to heart. Don't waste your money. read more

Got my car washed today and had to come home and wash it myself... literally a half ass job! Not a 100% hand wash as they claim. Whatever soap or water they are using just leaves a bunch of water spots everywhere. They did not vacuum under mats or seats. Don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

Everyone is very friendly. I paid $79 dollars for the particular package I got. Thought it would be best since we came back from a long road trip and brought all the bugs back with me. My back seats were still dirty and center console was still dirty. Door cup holder were not cleaned. The outside of the truck was pretty good. And the gentleman who attend was very kind. But you might as well just pay for the $30 service, which is what I got last time and it was fine. read more

This place used to be great when they first opened. Now they do not seem to care anymore. My truck was halfway vacuumed before it went into the car wash. After it came out I feel like they missed half of my truck. They were still dirt all over the side of it that I could easily wipe off with my finger. Then they put so much tire shine. It was all down both sides of my truck by the time I made it home not even 2 miles away. So now I spent 30 minutes trying to wipe off the tire shine that was covered & stuck to my truck. I'm a Lyft driver and one of my passengers threw up all over the back of my car and being I work in Lancaster only twice a week I hired a mobile company to come by and wash my car. They flaked so it was last minute and I went to this place and they really helped me out. They stayed pass closing time to make sure my car was clean. This car wash is ran by people who are looking to just get more money. They tell you they are gonna do one thing and provide the complete opposite I payed 59.99 for a hand wax and gold wash and detail and my car looks cleaner after I take it through a car wash and vacuum and wipe it down myself. If you don't speak Spanish your going to tricked into something and the work is sloppy. Don't waste your money do it yourself. read more

Paid almost $60 for a hand wash only for my car to be covered in swirl marks, water spots, and a dirty interior. So Unless you like to pay for a service you're going to have to redo right after I'd go somewhere else read more

We had budgeted around $200 for the job and figured we were being responsible by getting things checked first. After waiting nearly an hour and 45 minutes, we were told not only did the brakes supposedly need to be replaced, but the rotors also needed replacing. Total quote? Over $400. Obviously, we didn't have that kind of money at the time, so we left stressed out, thinking we'd just have to take the trip and pray the car made it safely. While in LA, we happened to run into a friend who's a mechanic. We told him what Tom's had quoted us, and he kindly offered to take a look if we bought the parts. So we did. He lifted the car, inspected everything, and immediately told us the brakes were still about 90% good and the rotors were perfectly fine. They only needed cleaning. So now I'm left asking: how does a shop go from "everything urgently needs replacing" to "there's barely anything wrong" ? That's not a small difference. That's an extreme opposite diagnosis. At best, it was gross incompetence. At worst, it feels intentionally dishonest. Either way, it completely destroyed my trust in this place.

I am writing this review to warn future customers about my unacceptable experience with Affordable…read moreTransmission and Auto Repair Center regarding an ATRA nationwide warranty repair. Background and Initial Service: My vehicle's transmission was rebuilt a few months ago by a different authorized ATRA shop. Due to a recent move, the original shop authorized me to bring the car to this affiliate location, a 30-mile drive from my new home, for a warranty diagnosis. Upon drop-off on 11/18/2025, the front desk employee immediately became cold and dismissive when I mentioned the words "warranty repair." The Issue & The Refusal to Diagnose: The problem is specific and reproducible: when the car is cold, driving downhill causes the transmission to shift into what feels like neutral. Pressing the gas results in rising RPMs but no movement, forcing me to shut the engine off and restart it to re-engage the drive. After two days, I received a call informing me they could not reproduce the issue and were refusing to work on the car. I explained to Miguel that the condition requires a cold start and a specific downhill coast, asking them to try again or keep the car longer. He flatly refused any further testing, stating they were done with the vehicle. Integrity Violation and Fraudulent Documentation: Since they refused to honor the warranty, I requested a written reason for the denial of service, which is standard procedure. Miguel went to review my paperwork. When he returned, he presented a form and demanded I sign it before he would provide any written explanation. This form was an explicit waiver where I would acknowledge that the issue I claimed was not present and that their testing proved my claim was false. I refused to sign a document that was contrary to reality, as the transmission issue is demonstrably still present. The Threat and Escalation: Because I refused to sign the false waiver, Miguel refused to give me any written denial and escalated the situation. He told me he wouldn't help me anymore because I was "not a nice person." When I stated I would write an accurate review of this unprofessional experience, he raised his voice and began threatening me: Threats of litigation. Explicit threats of physical harm to myself and/or my property at my home. Threats to contact my employer to have me fired. I immediately took my keys and walked to my car, with Miguel following me out of the office, continuing to curse and issue threats. This behavior is far beyond poor customer service; it is menacing, unprofessional, and a direct failure to honor the ATRA warranty program. The shop refused to perform due diligence, attempted to force me to sign a false legal document, and threatened my physical safety. Avoid this business at all costs.
