I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.

Reliable Workers Construction performed skillful work with reliable workers. They built and painted three window sill bookcases and installed shelves in a closet. They installed two kitchen ceiling lights and replaced most of the electrical outlets and light switches. They repaired a balcony screen door by fixing the latch and replacing the screens. They installed a microwave. They repaired an under-sink water line to the dishwasher. They replaced doorknobs and balanced a damaged door. They replaced 3 faucets and installed a bidet attachment to a toilet. They caulked and grouted wherever needed. They painted all the woodwork, walls and ceilings. And they cleaned up after themselves very carefully. The workers were unfailingly courteous, friendly and agreeable, even though I added additional work several times. When I saw a couple of things that needed to be done differently, they were cheerful and business-like without resentment. Their prices were more than reasonable. My entire experience with the workers and their work was positive and even surprising because of their superior work ethic and standards. They take great pride in doing an excellent job.

He did a full electric rewiring of my home. He removed knob and tube wiring and replaced with all new wiring, upgraded the service panel to 200 amps, and installed many lights, baseboard heaters, bathroom fans, porch lights, etc. Knowledgeable - you spend 10 minutes with him and you realize he knows the ins and outs of all things electric and also generally all things house related. It really gave me confidence in his vision for the final project. Cost - we received several quotes. He was very competitive with his pricing. And when you price in the quality of the work, I think the value is second to none. He was also very upfront and transparent. No hidden charges. He explained why certain items cost what they did. Professionalism - he was punctual for all meetings and phone calls. Prompt with all text replies. Speed - Once the project was underway, they really moved at a fast. My house needed quite a bit of work and they finished in two weeks.
