JDS collision repair they couldn't match the paint on my bumper so they blended my quarter panels without asking me there's paint imperfections everywhere they painted the seals on my windows. There's hard lines and the color still doesn't match. Do not use huge warning do not use. read more

I brought my 2019 Subaru Ascent in with two pretty nasty door dings, one on the driver side door and one on the passenger side. The one on the driver's side was a pretty deep dent and white--I thought it had chipped the paint. On the passenger side door, I think someone must have fallen out of their car because the dent and paint scrape was about the size of my Samsung Note 9. For starters, JDS has an incredible covered area with good-sized spaces for about 12 cars. Once inside, I was greeted by Daisy at the front desk, who is a delight! She took my info and the owner, Dave, took a look at the car. He thought they would be able to remove the dents with PDR and possibly be able to buff out the paint left behind by those cars who hit me. The inside of the shop was a good size, clean, and inviting. It was bright and comfy. Water, sodas, and a coffee bar were insight and available for free. Just overall inviting. In fact, I would compare my overall experience to what I've had with Sewell Dallas! I dropped the car at 5:50 on a Wednesday. By noon on Friday I had a call from Daisy that my Subaru was ready. When I got there, they had it looking like new. Washed and detailed. But the best part--it looked brand new! The guys did an amazing job of removing the dents and buffing those areas out. My husband and I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. I was in awe! The price was reasonable, actually less than I thought it would be for the work that was performed and for the outcome. Just beautiful, like new, again! Of course, sweet Daisy checked me out and gave me my keys, and the owner came out and greeted us. I could tell he was very proud of the work his guys did, and he should have been. Did I say it was AMAZING!?! I would highly recommend taking your car to JDS Collision. You can just tell from the overall experience that you are in good hands with folks who care about their quality of work and their Customer. They put pink and blue markings all over my car, even though the accident damage was only along the passenger side. There was no disassembly of the vehicle. Instead, they guesstimated a high repair cost, which caused my insurance company to declare it a total loss, even though the car is 100% drivable. I decided to take the payout and keep the car. When I called JDS on Friday they wouldn't let me get my car until the storage fee was paid. I called my insurance company and they called JDS to ask for the bill. But JDS still would not release my car to me that Friday. Instead, I had to wait until Monday (they're not open on the weekends) when they confirmed the storage fee had been paid. Then when I picked up my car they didn't even bring it to the front for me. I had to go find it in the back parking lot of their place. And my car was still covered all over in blue and pink markings. Apparently, they don't clean markings off if you decide to not get the vehicle repaired there. So I had to clean them off myself when I got home, which took a couple of hours of scrubbing as they did not come off easily at all. read more

Saturday March 30 I noticed someone had hit the driver side of my back door. Monday April 1 I noticed a scratch on the rear passenger side of my car. I filed a claim with my insurance company and looked into shops, JDS had the best reviews so I went there. Took my car in the morning of April 2, 2019 in and out within 30 minutes. JDS Collision Repair is like no other collision repair shop. Scott Villegas went over and above for me during my recent visit. I went in for a wheel alignment and found out my tire rod was bent and needed to be replaced. He also discovered another problem that needed to be repaired, which I wasn't expecting. I've been unemployed for a while and I was concerned about cost. I asked Scott what I had to get fixed now, and what I could hold off on. He told me that the tire rod had to be fixed now but I could hold off on the other repair for now. Once the repairs were complete, Scott returned my car to me and told me that there would be no charge for replacing the tire rod and the alignment. The only thing he asked for in return is that I bring my car back to them so they can repair the last bit of damage. He told me he understood I was in a difficult financial situation and that the most important thing to him was that my car was repaired and safe to drive. I can honestly say that this is the first time I've had an experience like this with an auto repair shop, or any other repair shop for that matter. JDS Collision repair is a superb body shop! My brand new Toyota Sienna has been driven for less than 5 month when it got rearended by a truck! Being a fan of Toyota's, I knew that it would be a knowledgeable professional.
