My son had his 06 300 engine rebuild here its a 5.7 hemi he has a 2yr warranty 1yr 9mo into rebuild hes having issues now he took it back & they don't want to stand behind their warranty they have had the car now 9 months and i talked to Pete about it yesterday & he tells me it's not one of our priorities & it was a shit move on our part to bring it back with only 2 months remaining on warranty well Pete it still has a warranty so how's that a shit move & plus he tells me that the OWNER is the one who told him not to worry about it at this time as well SO THEY DEFINITELY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WARRANTY CONSUMERS. Had my 5.7 rebuilt here. They had the vehicle for MONTHS. I will accept that it was during Covid, and expectations of things being done fast was low, but this was out of bounds bad. I find out my vehicle doesn't want to shift properly, it's because they didn't put the heat shield back proper and it burned the shift wiring. Then, a tick developed. They put in bad lifters. They pull the heads and replace. Apparently, they screwed that up too. I have been leaking oil since they did that, and now it's leaking coolant. I have tried to reach out numerous times, was even told flippantly "just drop it off" even though I have asked the owner to call me so we can schedule the needed repair. Just bad service. I think they are trying to wait out the warrantee period so they can then deny the repair. read more

I have a 2016 Subuaru with 180,000 miles on it. I needed tires, a complete headlamp assembly and an inspection. I'd like to put another 100,000 miles on it so I needed to bring the car up to good working condition. I made my appointment and came down with the flu the night before. The professionals at Patriot helped me get my car to the shop and spent a good part of their day with my car. The inspection was thorough and resulted in a needed repair. So this is the motor ( 5.7 Hemi ) that JD rebuilt for me. After lots of problems, back and forth with the truck and just under $5000 dollars. Not including drive time and gas. As you will see in the pictures. This motor has 6076 miles on it. I don't see how it was rebuilt. It went in needing a crank. As it was rolled and starved of oil. The Motor had less than 40,000 miles at the time. Had nothing but problems with it since first rebuild. Now it sucked up water and broke a rod. (Kids). So I am fixing it my self. I noticed that when I was disassembled the motor that it don't look like a professional rebuild. As an engine builder my self I know what to expect and what to look for in a fresh (clean) rebuild. I'm very disappointed in the services of this business. If you pride yourself in being a veteran owned business and make it very clear it's veteran owned and operated, As a former Marine my self. I would expect a professional job when I take an item you claim to specialize in to you. FYI. Not even sure it's the right motor. As you can see the MDS solenoids in the pic. This truck don't have MDS and no wiring harness for it. This was an new aftermarket direct replacement motor before I bought it. So please beware if you are to use this company to rebuild your Hemi. I took my car for engine rebuild they had it for 5 months. Not only did i have to take it back three times right away and it still wasn't right they tell me it's under warranty for so many miles and brought it back two more times and they are still charging me more money. This place is terrible they sell you new parts but give you used parts. Facebook was full of honest reviews about how bad they are so they took down thier review tab so you can't see them anymore.
