I brought my Charger in because there was a squeaking noise coming from the back end. From the very…read morebeginning, I was pretty unimpressed with the service department. I waited about 8 hours and got no call back about the car. The staff there took no initiative to make sure I was kept informed about my repair status the entire time they had the car. When they finally did call back, the woman giving me the estimate was just frankly telling me prices on stuff and told me they needed to do a ton of work totaling over $2400 on the car. I was given a "well that's the price" attitude when I questioned the costs. The service manager (Lisa) was better. At least she had the power to bend on the prices a bit. Just like every other aspect of a car dealership, prices are negotiable. She did go above and beyond to make sure my mess of an estimate was taken care of the day I brought the car in. The next day was absolutely wasted. I wanted to come up and look at the steering components and brake pads they wanted to replace. I drove 7 miles to get there, and the same woman from the previous day didn't bother to inform the mechanics that I wanted to look at stuff. When I got there, the car was assembled in the lot and I had basically wasted the effort in driving up there just to be strong-armed into saying "yes, do the repairs" without reviewing the parts they wanted to replace. I made them promise to save the brake pads for me so I could take a look at them after the fact. They also were talking about replacing 16 lug nuts. I told them to replace the one that needed it, and no more. The parts came in the next day (day 3 at this point), and I waited all day for a phone call that never came. Finally, I decided to call them up about 30 minutes before closing, and I was told they would call me right back. I got a call at 5 minutes to close saying "Your car is ready. You can come pick it up tomorrow." That's funny because I wanted to pick it up TODAY. I asked if it was at all possible to pick up that day, but apparently it's too much to ask for her to stay 5 minutes past closing on a Friday, considering I could have been up there a half an hour before if she had just called me back when she was supposed to. When I came back in the morning, they grabbed my paperwork and took it to the cashier. I was almost $200 over the estimate. I had to go back to the service counter to figure out what happened. They had ordered, replaced, and billed me for 16 lug nuts at roughly $150. I had to sit there while they corrected it. It was work I hadn't authorized. They also just completely forgot about the trunk strut I wanted replaced. So I left the place with another broken thing I'd asked to be repaired just not done... And they didn't give me my brake pads back, so I wasn't even able to review the one thing I'd ask to review. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the repair work was done well. Customer service is basically non-existent, though. I miss Crandall. They actually gave a crap.

I called the dealership and made an appointment to come in on Saturday to have it taken care of. Marco, the general manager, met me and told the service manager to fix whatever was wrong, no cost to me. The vehicle didn't have a warranty on it (which I was aware of) but they took great care of me. My wife is due for a new vehicle soon and we will be going here to get it. Customers for life.

I hate leaving reviews like this but I've had enough of dealing with this company. Their sales dept…read moreis great (Sam Samuel is amazing ) their service department sucks. Service managers that dont listen to the problem then they can't find the issue. Then we had to drive up there to show them after they let it sit for two weeks because the "Service" coordinator decided to take some. time off (I have no issue with that, see below). It took us 3 minutes to reproduce the issue with the "Service" coordinator. Then knowing full well that these techs had to go to class for two days the didn't even arrange for some other techs to cover for them, shit THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL TO TELL US THEY WOULD BE GONE TO TRAINING, SAME FOR WHEN OUR "service" coordinator decided he was going to take time off. The communication to the customer(s) is abysmal and a joke. We talked to the actual service manager who said because we purchased two vehicles from them that "We were part of the LaLonde family" and they were waiting on license plates for rentals and we were like 40 something in line for a car and he was going to pull out name to the head of the list. Another lie as we got a call from the "service" coordinator instead of the service manager to tell us they were going to keep the car through new years because they were waiting on parts (I can understand that) and there was a long list of other people who were in line for a car. I called him out on his bullshit and told him about the conversation with the service manager. He said he talked to him but this is what they could do. So you have an incompetent service dept lead by a failure of service manager. I honestly hope that Ms LaLonde sees this. Go talk to your sales manager, he knows who I am and feel free to give me a call. I will NEVER take my vehicles to them again. Side note, when we bought our vehicles they were in the middle of a huge Internet outage. it had been nearly two weeks. I'm an IT manager by trade and fixed the cashier's printer so she could print again and help get orders printer that she had paperwork for. Yep sure feel like a "member of the family alright". I HELPED YOUR COMPANY AND BOUGHT VEHICLES FROM YOU, THE LEAST YOU COULD DO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

Upon arrival we were informed that a dealer had driven the car home and was not able to bring it back for a sale (our fault for not calling in advance). We were asked to return on the following Monday. My husband and I explained how difficult that would be for us with having to find a babysitting plus us both working full time jobs Monday-Fridays. We were willing to come back as long as we could get our trade in appraised and talk numbers before driving the half hour to come back. They offered us a great trade in value so we decided to leave that day and return another day. When walking out, I browsed the lot a little more and found a different car I really liked. We test drove it and I fell in love. So we got right to the paperwork. Paperwork was finished at 2:10pm (they closed at 2). By the time we had even sat down in the car every employee was driving off the lot. My husband realized his prescription Oakley sunglasses were missing so we got out and started to look around thinking they fell out of his hoodie pocket when cleaning out our old car. Our dealer ended up pulling back in to see what happened. We explained the situation and said "oh it will be ok, I don't have keys to get back in to the building and your trade in is locked". The situation was far from "ok" as those were prescription sunglasses that had cost over $300 just a few months prior. On the following Monday my husband called at 9am when they opened to remind our salesman about the missing glasses and to keep an eye out for them and that we would be in later that day to search the trade in car. Our salesman NEVER even told anyone else they were missing. So we get there and my husband asks to take a look in the trade in and the man that cleaned out our car says "oh yeah, I found them, I threw them away". Why would someone find a pair of name brand sunglasses in a newly traded in vehicle and just decide to throw them away?!?!?! Well this is where it gets better. My husband was then informed that the trash bag they were in was right on the top in the dumpster and that he could go find them. And so he did. Upon finding them they were completed gouged and beat up. We also remembered at that time that our young daughter happened to leave her prescription ADHD meds in the pocket on the sliding door. Guess what was never found. I called to speak with a manager who wanted us to yet again drive the glasses out to him so he could walk across the street to SVS vision to see if they could be buffed out. Clearly they cannot since the buffing would take away the prescription. They offered us a check for $100. Due to them sending us $100 towards the glasses I will give this dealership a 1 star rating. Otherwise, the customer service, the telling a customer to go look in the dumpster, and the missing ADHD meds were a ZERO!!!! Do not waste your time at this dealership. We do NOT recommend.
