We hired Orlando for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and were planning on hiring separately for our flooring and electricity but his team did such an exceptional job, we had them complete it all. Orlando is extremely meticulous so every little part of the job was thoroughly reviewed and discussed together with his wealth of knowledge in each decision. Him and his team went above and beyond on so many things. For example, he would send me constant text updates with photos and descriptions as my family and I were waiting to move in. Even though the job was small (fixing the molding on a doorway after a wayward dolly collided with it), he came back TWICE. He even went out of his way to deal not just with the ONE damaged corner of molding but he painted the entire frame. He even offered to come back and re-paint the frame should the paint job not be up to par. I mean, I said it a few lines ago but-- this man is dedicated to a job well done.
