I'm passing through from Florida and took a nail in a tire on my Corvette. Chose to come…read morehere because of the expensive chrome wheels on my car. They got me right in, patched the tire and microfibered the wheel and had it shining like a new penny. If they treat an out of towner this well, I can only imagine how they would treat a local customer. Excellent experience and I highly recommend this dealership's service department!

Ooh where to start! I initially took my vehicle in for a check engine light and was told that I…read morecouldn't drop off because they didn't have anyone to look at it at the time but to make sure I don't go over my miles because my warranty would be up, insane since I reported it before my warranty was up. I was also told that I wouldn't have any issues driving with the check engine light on. Once I finally got it in the shop on Jan 20 I had to pay for a "diagnostic fee" even though it was warranty work and was not given a loaner. Once they diagnosed my vehicle I was informed I need to service a part 100,000 miles before GMs recommendation. I asked them why that wouldn't be covered if the part was failing to make it to the 200,000 miles that GM claims. It was then that Marvin told me that they looked up my vehicle specifics and that I was correct that it didn't need service until 200,000 miles. So now I'm confused, what vehicle were they looking at prior when I was told it would cost me 4700.00 for service?? Quickly after it was brushed off as a sensor replacement and that my vehicle would be ready Jan 22. I picked up my vehicle it was still driving the same and making the same noise as before so I didn't feel like it was repaired correctly. Turns out it was not repaired correctly and I was back in the shop on feb 23 for the check engine light. The service advisor checked the code (same code as before)and told me that I needed to leave my truck at the shop to repair, that it wasn't good to drive on, after the first advisor Marvin told me that it was safe to drive with that code. They had my truck for 2 weeks diagnosing the issue while I was left without a loaner again. During this time I reached out asking for updates and would not receive any responses. I believe on march 10 or 11 I had to call and finally was told that they would have to replace the timing chain on my vehicle and it would be 2 to 4 weeks and they would not be issuing me a loaner. Terrible communication if any during this time period. My vehicle was finally ready for pick up on April 1. When I picked up my vehicle, no one took the time to explain the repairs that had been done since this was a major repair. They handed me my keys, I walked out to my vehicle and they left me on the low fuel light!!! I immediately had to drive to the gas station and then I noticed that my electric steps where not working correctly so I had to drive it right back to the shop. I spent about 3 or so hours there before Marvin came and told me that they had no idea how to fix the steps and did not offer a solution or compensation to take to another shop to fix their mistake. HOW IS THAT OK??? I get home that night and my check engine light returned!!! I took it back to the shop on April 2 at 7:30 am for them to check. It was there for the majority of the day and I received a Call stating that my shutters on the grill didn't work correctly because my truck was in the shop for the last 2-3 weeks and they are working fine now. At this point why would I believe that because they have yet to fully fix my vehicle or communicate at all during the entire process. This was a 6 week process that they left me without a vehicle and did not communicate about the repair process or any ETAs. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service manager does not reach out or respond to emails. They refuses to give anyones contact information out but I'm starting to see why. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP! WHAT HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Took us in last second, even when I sensed it was not convenient for us to walk in on a Friday…read morebegging for help with putting on new leaf springs we brought in, that weren't even an exact replacement fit, where other parts and front end work especially, would be required for a perfect job done. I'll eventually redo the entire steering/suspension, where I'll reinstall the drivers side u bolts evenly like they are on the passenger side, but this was great here, being helped last second like this. Yet what I really appreciate most is authentic business, where my ass is not being kissed, I'm not receiving fake smiles and no one's pretending to be excited when they're not. I really liked this guys attitude. Don't know if he's the owner or what. I personally don't trust anyone who's smiling really big like they're truly happy to see me walk into their repair shop hauling in leaf spring packs on a Friday, and never having met me before. I wish more business owners and employees would be authentic people, and just say it how it is, be who they are, be in whatever mood they're in and don't front. Sadly that's not what naive consumers want- the ones who know nothing about how to fix their own cars while also running a shop. (Most everyone I assume). People complain all the time about real attitudes, but if they want fake ones, they should expect fake business. Which is what 99.9% of what we gets in shops... I'm paying these sweet smiling faces thousands to break my autos. It happens every time- I travel a lot. I go back to say the repair went poorly, and they smile really big, saying it did not. That everything is great or something else is wrong. Then I go home pissed as hell at myself for even going back, because if it's bad the first time, it's only getting worse if you go back. (Never go back). I then dust off and drag out my floor Jack and stands with my crippled disabled ass body that can barely turn a wrench most days, And I get to pull off all the mountains of parts they broke and yank out $350 new Delphi fuel pumps they put in, to find it's full of mud as I'd suspected, and never would have known unless I could remove my entire fuel tank out on the side of the not-level-street to pull it out myself to confirm my suspicions. Then I get to see the frame damage from them over tightening things, missing the bullseye with their hammers and wacking huge dents into my now altered rusting frame. I get to see my $100 fuel filler hose was cut down the side- and too far down, as well- because they removed it the fast lazy way. (Because I'll never see it... yeah). I get to go buy all new parts myself, and then I get to reinstall them myself, using my real torque wrench with my real torque specs and real brain, and I get to think about how all these fancy shops with free cold water bottles and new leather sofas and their smiling faces gaining 5 stars on Yelp! are so good at being fake and getting away with it, because they know the game and they know that you don't know shit. How you don't know that they strategize dishonest ways to get Yelp! to take my honest reviews down. I don't want fake repair work done on my truck anymore, so seriously thanks for being one of those rare authentic humans, and who's behind the counter while under the car too. End review rant. Excited to finally find a real authentic human in an auto repair shop. For real, thank you.

Honest, Reliable, and Great Service…read more I read the reviews before coming in, and many of them seemed to be more about personality or communication issues than the actual work. So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

The delay was their suppliers fault, I'm told (...). The owner put some Freon in my car for a low price and it helped a lot (technically they did not ask for permission before inquiring expenses but the improved air-conditioning is way more important so I'm so happy). They also forgot to fix my headlight and forgot a written warranty after promising it explicitly.
