I know sanitation is a big deal with Kim the owner as well as Paige. I'm a germaphobe and always felt confident as they wash and sanitize hands and arms between each client. And I would watch as they replace the paper covering on the headrest. Very important for me! And I know it's just my opinion. So people are opinionated, so they don't like the way I think but I say GOD made us to be where we have freedom of choice. Again because of the new look, I think that's a better way of saying it, because of the recent new look , I didn't want to look fake. I like that expression better. I got schooled on how to take care of them. They first tried to sale me a brush and some cream, but I wasn't prepared to spend anymore money, so I didn't get them . So they gave me some sample to use and since I came home with them they have worked perfectly. I've gotten quite a few compliments and from some professionals as well asking if they were my own lashes. And I was told this pretty much as soon as I checked in once I made the 35min drive from their other sister location. They did rectify the situation by discounting the service for their mistake, but the experience just still left me feeling a bit disappointed. Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Because of this I just know I can't come back because we're supposed to leave our lash appointment feeling our most beautiful or "upgraded" self but I just left feeling a bit let down.
