I am a long time loyal customer since the early 90's. I went into the store, asked for a specific size for a few items, I trusted the sales rep on the floor to give me my right sizes as I asked. The moment I found out it was the wrong size, I took the item back and asked for an exchange, because I was told by the owner son that I can, if there was any issues. Well, I took their word for it when I found out that it was the wrong size I tried to exchange it. Owner said I need to bring the receipt. I need to bring back the labels, etc.. Now I do understand their policy and I recognize that as a policy however, I am a long time, loyal customer, trusting in the store and the relationship with their customers. it only cost me the amount of what I paid for a size extra large pro club sweatpants to understand that they did not give me the right size and I do take partial credibility however I will never return back to the store again. they lost a lifetime customer. I will go to San Jose blue jeans and jeans plus where they treat their loyal customers a whole lot better than they do at this store. Trust your Loyal Customers More ! I purchased a 49er hat from Jeans Plus and wore it to the game. It is a beautiful SnapBack. The plastic piece on the left side of the back of the hat had become unstitched. I brought it back to the shop. The owner after discussion asked me to leave the hat and he would see if he could get it fixed. He fixed the hat and it is again beautiful. I appreciate the customer service and jeans plus going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I've been buying clothes and other items for my son from Jeans Plus for many years. I usually come in here to get Pro Cali shirts which is a very good Cotten tee brand. But the last time I came in with my son to school shop. My son choose some jeans that are trendy for teens and the price was $45. He wore them once and I was them. I realized once I removed them from the dryer that some of the jeans was actually super glued together because the jeans fell apart. Do not purchase jeans from this store. I love this place. My husband has been coming here for years. They are always carrying what he's looking for when it comes to shorts, shirts, pants, and hats. His favorite pants here are the 501 Levis. They carry larger sizes as well that you cannot find at regular Levis stores. The prices are great and competitive as well. Between the pants and shirt we only spent $50 dollars! We always come here for the deals and will continue to come as long as there prices stay competitive. Luckily its right down the street from a barber and a great hair salon. So you can get everything done close together. Plus the mall is right down the street!! Omg, Nathan M., you're a drama queen. In the famous words of Cher Horowitz.... WHATEVER! It's not that bad. It's not as if Nortenos and Surenos are rollin' by 24/7. Crips and Bloods? Yeah, I didn't see any here. You don't see fools outside throwin' dice and selling weed. Gimme a break. Like any other store, Jeans Plus sells to a certain demographic. But on a serious note, this place sells a lot of JEANS. And shirts. And belts. And all that BAY REPPIN stuff. You know, those shirts that are all like 408, THE BAY, etc. From what I remember they also have like crazy weird sizes you won't find at other spots. Also, it looks like someone took a bedazzler to a bunch of the shirts in here. Everything in this store is size Large and bigger. The salesguy today mentioned that 6X is a standard size for their customers. what about us little MEDIUM people!!!? If you are a very large person (width or height), this is a great place to get some cheap, street fashion. I'm not into the brands they sell anymore (Ecko, South pole, Bay Area etc) but was browsing with my hubs for a jacket and noticed a good selection of jackets and thermals for men. This place is great if you were born in the 80's and raised through the 90's. The style is very 90's and I suppose some would say that it supplies today's gangster occupation with it's current uniform. I guess that is right but I don't dress like that at all and I shop there occasionally. I like their hat's shirts, and the utility belts they sell here. A great place to buy some nice work clothes or some stylish casual attire. Plus their hat selection is something to be rivaled in comparison to the hat stores in the mall. Horrible and deceiving selling practices! The owner "who likes to say "my friend" to you over and over, convinces me to buy a pair of 501's when I was looking for something completely different. He tells me the jeans are shrink to fit. I told him what if they dont fit after I wash them? He explains no no they will fit and uses a chart to show and convince me. Naturally I go home, wash them and tada their waaaay too tight and look like Mom jeans!! I return them 2 days later with the receipt and original tags and he says no exchange no refunds because I washed them. I explained you told me to wash them and that they would fit??? I never even wore them except to try them on??? I've shopped there 3 times before this indecent. I was even wearing another pair of pants and a hoodie I bought the same day as the receipt and still he wouldn't refund the pants. As a regular customer, I said "so your prepared to lose me as a customer rather than letting me exchange 1 pair of jeans?" He said yep. Therefore I have no choice but to give this creep 1 star. I used to come here all the time when i was in high school lol. So today since i was in the area i decided to come back. I wanted some hoodies. numerous colors if they had them in a size mall. unfortunately they only had a grey hoodie in a size small. purchased it and went on my way/ glad i came in even though i only purchased / found one. because the staff is still very friendly and willing to help. Yes this place is a little hole in the wall, and yes they sell a lot of street attire, but this is where I go to find my size. I cannot find good fitting thermals, sweats, sweaters anywhere but here. They also have a nice selection of Levi's, hats, and beanies. If you are a big guy, you need to check this place out. read more

This place has alot of cool selections of shirts for both male and female's who want to represent the bay. For men looking for levis..DO NOT shop here unless you want a rip off. My boyfriend bought some levis here and got one size bigger than his normal size, went home tried them on and found out they were too small. So he went back returned them for pants 3 sizes bigger than his normal size-again they were too small. So, two days later, i went back and tried to exchange them for another size. The man told me i could not return them without a receipt (which is understandable) but then he went on to tell me that i did not buy these jeans here because they look faded..I was like motherfucker, i was here when my bf bought these on Sunday. I described to him the man who sold us the pants, AND let us return for a different size. He proceeded to tell me i was crazy because they have no man that looks like that working there.
