First of all, she was on time when I had my appt at 2 pm and I was done by 2:40 pm. I had just went in for a haircut and style. She knows her stuff and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Her reputation is everything. I'd rather her tell me she won't do a process like in my case a perm because it would've fried my already over processed hair than do it to make me happy but then have my hair break off. It isn't a chain so the company is able to recruit and retain high quality, talented stylists who are dedicated to their craft and continually strive to better themselves. The lady who cuts my hair and does the best brow wax I've ever had, has been there since I started going to Hotshots 5 or 6 years ago. My husband gets his hair cut by another lady who has been there just as long. Hotshots is truly a salon for the whole family - kids included. To top it off, they recently added a Pac-Man game - on the off chance one might have to wait a few minutes. Hotshots does accept walk-ins but it's always good a call ahead. Saturdays or before major holidays, they can get super busy. I have no reservations in recommending Hotshots for anyone!
