I DO NOT RECOMMEND The Jeep Hut to anyone!! Dealing with them is the worst experience I've ever had. 1st they recommended that I purchase a different motor than what I initially went to them to buy and it has been nothing but trouble. Not long after the new motor I had to take it back to them 2 different times to work on because it wasn't running right! The while still under warranty It blew up! Apparently they didn't install a sensor so it was getting too much fuel which caused it to blow up. The motor had to be removed and shipped back to where they purchased it from, replaced with another new motor and put back in ALL AT MY EXPENSE!! Finally after they have had my Jeep for over 2 MONTHS (I was told it would only take 2 Weeks) and I Paid $1700 to replace a motor COVERED BY WARRANTY..... we pick up my Jeep and drive it home. Not only is it running hot the whole way home, I get home and lift the hood to discover the cold air filter is not even connected! The rubber is broke and was just laying on top of the motor!! They install a new motor and just lay the rubber back on top... who does that!!! They charged me for everything else but didn't bother to replace a $10 rubber and charge for that.... instead any dust or dirt could have gotten into the New motor that I've now spent over $10,000 on while driving home!! Save yourself the problems and all the added expense by not letting them touch your vehicle! I wish I would have heeded all the reviews and went elsewhere!! read more

I don't believe a lot of what I read, but a friend of mine recommended Jeep Hut, so I decided to use them to install a new top and lift kit on my Jeep Wrangler. I live in Midtown, so going all the way to Jasper was a bit of a drive. Bobby and the team at Jeep Hut did a really great job! The work was done at a fair price and the job was completed in under the time the quoted me (which was great because I had to wait since I was so far from home). They did such a great job on the top and lift kit, that I used them again about a month later when I wanted to add a two hitch and bull bar to the Jeep. Second visit, again, was completed faster than they quoted me and they did a great job! read more

My family and I decided to evacuate St Petersburg Florida on Tuesday September 27 and ended up in Ellijay GA running away from hurricane Ian. While there we went to visit the JeepHut in Jasper. I have to say that immediately we felt welcomed by the whole staff! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought quite a few things from the store but I did notice that Valerie went out of her way to even get us a custom Jeep shopping bag. That was really cool! I thought of writing a Yelp review after that but in time it escaped my mind. Then after a few days we made it back to Florida and in my email inbox, I received a message from the staff. Worst customer service I have ever experienced to date. Ordered a bumper, price went up several days later. After 2 weeks, I received no update or information regarding my order. I sent an email asking status. Instead of a reply, I received notice my order was refunded. Took 2 weeks to inform me of this? I could have ordered elsewhere for lower price. Now it's too late. I would not trust this company for online orders. I sent an email asking why my order was refunded. No surprise that they never sent a reply or gave an explanation. Shop online elsewhere. Ordered a Rubicon Express Kit, they tell me it is not in stock and that's ok by me. They said they would call back and see the build time for the kit and alternative options. Christina called back and said it takes 8 or more weeks to build the kit we have a rusty option right now. I didn't want the rusty and told her that i Already called Rubicon Express and they said 3 weeks before they get the last 2 parts for the 3.5 inch suspension lift kit no shocks. Then Christina told me she didn't actually call them! First lie there! She said she would call and ask now. She called back and asked if I was ok waiting that long, than I said ok ill wait for you to get the kit. I was recommended to buy local instead and so I canceled my order here at jeep hut, said they would cancel the order and send email at the end of the day. The email didn't come a week later They are not answering my phone anymore. :( Im sure they are good with in stock parts. If you live in California you have better closer options. read more

No service or care at all, they advertise they have the parts but when you buy them they are very quick to take your money but never produce the parts. I ordered a winch from them, and they sent back an e-mail stating that the product was no longer available, so I purchased elsewhere. They sent a follow-up e-mail that if the product comes available and I want it, to e-mail them. I didn't and they shipped it anyways. The customer service rep. told me they would review and respond on how to return, no reply for 3 weeks. I then e-mailed them, no reply for weeks. I went to my credit card company to complain, they have issued a full credit to me during the dispute, amazingly after that, Jeep hut has responded.
