Super disappointed in this company. Reached out with a detailed message on Yelp, & an additional text to their business mobile line, & zero response...not even an "unavailable at this time" update. Our home has a couple, significant plumbing concerns, inclusive of potentially needing a new water heater -which I would have thought is a benefit to any plumbing company on account of the larger purchase & install. Very odd for a business rounding '5 stars' to "provide" a zero star (lack of) service. Correspondence is key, especially in is this field. Outstanding Work, Extremely Responsive and Very Professional We have had a remodel project going on in our home for (4) months now and have had to call upon a plumber numerous times. I am so very happy that we thought to check out the yelp reviews and call upon Jeff Boaz Plumbing. The first time we were in the middle of a wall repair and the guy said that he couldn't go on until the plumber did his work. This was the first I had heard of needing a plumber. Yikes! A hold up on the job. But no, I called Jeff Boaz Plumbing and they came right over and began working even though it was at the end of the day. Jeff worked after hours to get the job complete so the sheetrock guys could come back the following morning to finish the repair. Recently we needed three sinks installed. They sent a crew of 3 or 4 guys out so the work could be completed quicker. The project was outstanding and always reasonably priced. I called this morning; they came out 5 minutes later (seriously). Wow, that is service. I decided I wanted to make a change in the color of the sink drains. I had originally purchased drains to match the sink then decided to change them to stainless. We have been using Jeff Boaze Plumbing the past 10 years for all our plumbing jobs. They've replaced sinks, shower faucets and valves and even a few toilets. This last job I called them for was to replace a shower drain in our master bath walk-in shower. Best plumbers ever! Wouldn't use anyone else! We needed some non-emergency repairs: dripping faucet, tight shower valve, replacement for kitchen soap dispenser, toilet shut off valve and a run on toilet repaired. They ran into a couple of problems with the shower valve and it's previous "repair" -which caused the problem we were having. Kinda late in getting this review up... I bought a house that had some plumbing issues almost as soon as I moved in. The drainage of both the sinks and the tub was slow to start out and then quickly developed a bad clog where nothing would drain period. I called Jeff Boaz plumbing and they sent two really nice, professional guys over right away and they got the clog situation cleared out. We got to talking about how I just bought this house... which lead to them checking my water heater for me. I knew that it was old when I bought the house, and they pointed out that since the manufacturer's warranty period and expired by quite awhile, the unit could very well fail at any time which would mean water flooding into the hallway and ruining the new flooring... because, as they pointed out, the pressure relief valve was just directed out into the water heater closet (as opposed to going outside or somewhere that it can't ruin the flooring). They quoted me a really good price on a new pro water heater, came back a few days later and installed it, and redirected the pressure relief valve to go outside the house. These guys were very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I told my sister about them when she had a plumbing issue at her house and she was pleased with their service as well. Fantastic team came out and cleared the clog (after discovering my house is the only one on the block without a sewer clean out). I cannot recommend this team highly enough! We came back from vacation to find our water heater not working. I tried piloting it, to no avail. There was also water leaking from top as well. I then got on to yelp called a few local companies, they would only come a week away. Only Jeff Boaze folks came right away, inspected the heater and determined that it is rusted at the top and needs replacement. Then came the quotes and replacing my existing 40 Gal unit with a 50 Gal unit that is ultra low nox (needed by code in SaC county). I had a leak under my sink and found it was coming from my garbage disposal. I called Jeff and he said they could come out immediately. They replaced my disposal with a 1/2hp Insinkerator(just like what was original but 1/3 hp over 17 years old) Took about 1 hr total time. Tyler(Jeff's son) did the work. Odd...but willing to let that go since I needed the work done. What was most shocking was being ridiculed from staff in front of my face. The first visit I misspelled plumbing on check as I have a learning disability and was in a rush. (I realized that after the fact).
