I've visited the Revenue office, property tax office and driver's license office and not a smile, courtesy or personable customer service throughout any of these spaces. Your questions may or may not be answered by the first employee but eventually you'll receive an answer. So completing the service is a 4, but the customer service is a 1. I have to return unless I move.

I had lost my wallet at home and was trying to get everything taken care of. She explained the newer document rules to prove identity, such as needing things like a birth certificate, and she was very helpful and polite. A friend who was with me asked if there was anything else that might work, such as an old driver's license, and Toni kindly checked and let us know that would help. I came back with it and was able to get my replacement license. Later, she even stopped by and kindly asked if I got my license. I told her yes, and that she was a really nice lady. Otherwise, the plate will no longer be held for you. Something helpful I learned from the dealership where I purchased my car is that if you have a vehicle that was declared a total loss, you can bring the declaration letter along with the necessary documentation and receive a credit toward the registration and tag for your new vehicle. In my case, I received about a $40 credit, which was a nice surprise. The office was fairly busy when I arrived, but the line was moving steadily and efficiently. I was assisted by a pleasant young lady named Jazmine, who was incredibly patient as I gathered and provided all of the documents needed. Her calm attitude and kind service helped lower my stress level quite a bit, and I was truly grateful for her help.

Your experience is going to depend on the mood of the people working on the day you go and their judgement of you so be mentally prepared. I used to come here on behalf of the company I work for very often because it was quick and efficient and now I just feel like avoiding it as much as possible to avoid ever having to deal with Mr. Mcgee again in my life.
