Asked for OEM or better parts, but they gave me discount garbage that they later admitted they had problems with often. A few months after they did the job, the fork seals were already leaking. Asked them to fix it with higher quality parts, and they told me to buzz off. Now the oil has dripped all down on my rotor and pads so not only do I need to pay someone else to redo the fork seals, I need new brakes pads and rotor now too! Stay away from this place and take your money to someone more competent and willing to stand behind their quality of work! After I posted this review to their Facebook page, I was contacted by Dan, the owner. After giving him more details of my experience, he immediately made up a lie about the source of one of my bike problems they caused. I called him out on the lie and he told me to buzz off. Not suprised at his response. Stay away from this place!

Diagnosed a bad cam and follower which didnt engage the decompression, so the other dealer fried a relay and my start as well by not catching the issue. The bill was extremely fair and DANS has a customer for life- WELL WORTH THER HOUR DRIVE!! Too bad there isnt a damn EMMY AWARD for great dealer ships!

I have purchased several motorcycles (Husqvarna and even one GasGas) from Bill and/or his team to which all have been an outstanding experience and a "seamless" process. Also, you get some oil, a plug, etc., with the bike and an awesome BMP Hoodie. They all possess an encyclopedia level of knowledge about motorcycles, concerns, upgrades, set-up, or anything related to the bikes they sell. I have had numerous bikes serviced at the shop and have never had any issue with the work. After trying to repair my RV furnace myself, and spending a whole bunch of money on it in parts, it…read morestill wasn't working. this was a huge problem since i live in my RV full time, and winter was coming quickly. they got to my heater and did a wonderful job repairing it. It turns out that someone before me replaced the circuit board before I bought the trailer a year and a half ago, and I must have bought the same board on line because it looked the same as the one that was in it. The problem that made my heater give me nothing but problems last winter is that they figured iut that it was not the correct board for that furnace. I don't know about the previous owner, but I ordered mine by the furnace model, not by any part number on the board. They really know their stuff! In fact, I was referred to them by Power RV Repair in Sublimity when they worked on my heater and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, lol.
