I called around trying to find a place that could repair it so we could continue our road trip, and settled on this place. Jason was very understanding and did his best to come up with the fastest solution, which still ended up taking a week due to the part they needed. That news was very dismaying, and I thought maybe we could just take the busted trailer home and get it repaired there. Jason then went above and beyond, calling around for places we could rent something to carry our busted trailer home instead of waiting around in Albany. Being such a small town, nothing was available. We finally decided to suck it up and let them fix it here. He then began calling around for places to stay that allowed dogs. Such a nice fellow! Very attentive despite his hectic work schedule and people constantly demanding his attention. When we finally got the trailer back a week later, it was good as new! Great work. Kudos also goes to Nick, who dealt with me bugging on the phone about getting the thing fixed sooner and complaining that it was taking too long. He remained patient and calm, despite my obvious frustration. Also to their trailer repair guy (Todd?? I'm sorry, I'm bad at remembering names when I don't have a business card in my hand.) thanks for the excellent work! We towed the trailer all the way down California without any further problems. The entire staff there is very professional and accommodating. I recommend this repair shop!
