It turns out that someone before me replaced the circuit board before I bought the trailer a year and a half ago, and I must have bought the same board on line because it looked the same as the one that was in it. The problem that made my heater give me nothing but problems last winter is that they figured iut that it was not the correct board for that furnace. I don't know about the previous owner, but I ordered mine by the furnace model, not by any part number on the board. They really know their stuff! In fact, I was referred to them by Power RV Repair in Sublimity when they worked on my heater and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, lol.

When the skylight started leaking the very next rain, I called several times and left a message complaining about my skylight and wanting to schedule a appt to get my whole roof weather proofed. We came from Redding CA, a six hour drive for us to Salem to buy a trailer that was advertised as…read more"like new", "immaculate" and when we got there, not only was the trailer not clean: shower and sinks dirty, pee (yes, pee) in the toilet, nothing had been cleaned, but there was wear to the upholstered dinette area seating and the back of the seat was so sun damaged, that it was cracked severely! The stove burners showed moderate use and cupboards still had stuff in them. This trailer had received zero attention from this seller on this inside! I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.
