I've been going to Paul and his team for over 15 years and they have always taken care of my family.

I've been sitting on this review for several months because I still can't believe how my favorite auto repair shop went to crap because of the owner, Paul. Back in the spring I had my car towed to this place which alone cost me $150. This was after waiting two weeks for an appointment and providing a list of items to look at. Paul called and said the car was ready, brake problem fixed. I asked about the other items and he replied something along the lines of all we looked at was the brakes... Fast forward a few months and my car still sounds like the front end is about ready to fall out of it... I am sick of the horrible service these days; usually it's because of youngsters with no work ethic, but this was the owner. Stay away!!! read more

The owner by the name of Paul was unbelievably rude because i stopped him from screwing my female friend out of $3900 for a transmission replacement and decided to get smart over the phone when I asked a very simple question about the transmission. He replied and i quote "ill figure it out in the next few weeks when i have nothing to do because im not working on it anymore." Okay so technically it wasn't my grandfather, it was a very close friend of mines grandfather who was hit in this parking lot and died from the injury's he received that day. I just can't wrap my mind around why the owner of this business didn't reach out to the family that this happened to in any way shape or form.
