Food was amazing and service was great I really enjoyed the food compared to the one downtown Chattanooga I enjoyed this one better

The restaurant was moderately packed when we showed up, (party of two). We were told the wait is 15 minutes. 15 minutes later a lady comes to tell us our total wait will be closer to 30 minutes. After an hour of not hearing anything we are told that we can only be sat if we're only ordering drinks due to the kitchen being backed up 45 minutes. If you come to this location, Magan offers awesome service! She knows everything about the menu! She is an amazing server! It has been a LONG time since we have been taken care of like this. The food was great! Magan made sure that my babies were satisfied. I never had a server focus on each person like this. We noticed a nice, shiny, fairly new Jefferson's off the Manchester exit on our way to Nashville. As we headed home on Saturday evening we decided to stop in for dinner as it was an easy on and off the freeway and it was a good half way point to stretch our legs. The decor is bright and modern! Televisions on the wall with your favorite sports options. The food was amazing...we all tried something different and no one was disappointed. I personally recommend the wings. The evening was even a bigger hit as we had the most knowledgeable and attentive waitress named Teresa. We laughed and joked...she helped us with menu choices...and checked on us throughout our time there. She made our evening so enjoyable, so, if you ever are traveling between Chattanooga and Nashville, give Jefferson's a try and make sure to ask for Teresa for top notch service and menu advice! This is a new location, so it's clean and shows other signs of being new. I happen to go on a date where they had a special on salads, and I got the buffalo salad. It was very good, and I would recommend it. I understand their wings are very good too, but I went with the salad because of the special. read more

We don't go out to eat very often but decided to try Jefferson's tonight since we had never been there before. This experience proved why we don't go out often. We ordered 15 wings and the fried Oyster platter. We inquired how many oysters are on the platter and were told there would be 12. When we got our order, we only had 8 oysters, not 12. We told our server and she had them cook more for us. Once we started eating the wings, we realized that although we ordered and were charged for 15, we only got 10! At that point, we didn't bring it to the attention of our server. Now for the quality of the food. The oysters had too much coating and had no flavor at all. The hush puppies were dry, over-cooked and had no onion in them. The wings were tender enough, but definitely skimpy on the sauce. They were rather dry. We ordered a double order of fries for the 2 sides included with the platter.. The amount that we got were what a single order would be anywhere else. All in all, this was a total waste of money. When we paid the check, in cash, it was close to 10 minutes to get the change due back to us! Needless to say, we won't go back to Jefferson's! read more

I placed a order online today 4/1/19 I selected well done & in comments I wrote well done & I did not select the no lettuce , tomato or onion . I got my order & the mushroom & Swiss burger was red (raw) inside & they added what I did not want . Every time I order it's always wrong & not well done , I phone my order in & it's wrong so they need to stop blaming the online ordering . I called the restaurant & I was told Jefferson's cannot give me a refund because it was through snappy . I'll never come back to your restaurant.because they never get my order right . And why can't jeffersons refund it ? It's THEIR FAULT not snappy eats ! read more

We have been to Jefferson's numerous times now. In the beginning the food was ok. It has gone down since. The manager tells us we can not go wrong with the burgers because they are fresh and patted down fresh every day. My opinion they taste like frozen box burgers. We had to wait to even get our drink order. Our servers name was Madison. She was not very friendly or helpful. She didn't even ask how we would like our burgers so they came well done. She didn't really come by to make sure we were ok but when she did she just slowed down at our table without stopping. It took WAY to long to get our food. This is one of the reasons we originally stopped going. Also in the past sitting at the bar and order food the bartender forgot to place our food order. We did notice one server taking his time with his customers and answering any questions and just being personable. We called him over to ask his name. His name was Logan. So sweet. The only reason we went tonight was everywhere else was busy and Jefferson's was not. We won't be going back. We tried one to many times and it only gets worse. read more

I went to Jefferson's for lunch on a Wednesday and it was quite slow. It took over 5 minutes for someone to seat us an the section we sat in there was only one other table. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waitress was nice enough and the food came fairly quickly but it was just average..... I had the nachos with pork and they were cold and I did not get any sour cream which was supposed to be on them. When the bill came I was charged TWICE what my bill was!!! When I brought it to the waitress attention she was like oh... I changed you for the wrong bill!!! Then she said I was going to hate her because it was going to take a couple of days to come off my card!!! She said she was going to get the manager to fix it which she did and she was very nice and understanding..... but there was literally nobody in the place so I don't know how she could have mixed it up!!! My wife and I love to dine out and do often. We visited Jefferson's in Manchester, TN on Relco Dr for the first time on Saturday evening. I wish we had come here earlier. We had a wonderful experience from the environment, service and food. We sat at the bar and our bartender, Ali, will definitely be one of the prime reasons we come back. We ordered the fried pickles first. Excellent. I just wish they had a sauce other than ranch. Next, we ordered the Oysters Rockefeller and they were absolutely to die for. My wife, who is not big on oysters fan, loved them and can't wait to get them again. We both both however, recommend asking for them without the bacon bits. They take away from the taste of the oyster. Lastly we ordered wings. The chef had made a very slight error on them. But, took the time to come out to the bar where we were sitting. He apologized and said they would be out asap! Great touch. After 25 years in the hospitality industry this is the type of restaurant we wish Manchester, TN had more of.
