We just moved to the area and this is a place we looked forward to visiting. This turned into the biggest disappointment we have had in years. I ordered the "world famous wings" and they were at least an hour old. Keep in mind we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. I also ordered the fish platter and I never received it. My wife ordered the 3 piece chicken tender, aka the children's meal. Again, the tenders were old. Apparently, our waitress walked out for "an emergency" as we were told and that's why I never received my food. I paid $25 and received 10 wings, 3 tenders, and a handful of fries. Absolutely ridiculous. Good thing Burgers 101 is right down the street to go get our dinner. read more

I love the turbo flavored wings and fried pickles, but I have had too many bad experiences with the servers and management. Me and my 2 sons sat down to eat and the server came to take our orders. My youngest son pointed at the kids meal and said he would like the grilled cheese and French fries with sprite to drink. My other son order Mac and cheese with fries and Dr pepper. We ordered a half order of fried pickles for an appetizer. We did not get the appetizer until after we were done eating. I told the server we didn't want them anymore, we were full and wanted them as an appetizer. She proceeded to get an attitude so I said just go ahead and leave them, I didn't want them to go to waste. She brought the bill and I noticed she charged me $3 for each of my sons drink. (The kids meals come with a drink) So I asked her to please take them off. The "manager" came to the table and Said they can't take the drinks off because they were already consumed. I replied.. but the kids meal come with a drink. She then says that we didn't tell her we wanted kids meal. I said my son literally pointed to the kids meal and ordered. So with an attitude she says it's IMPOSSIBLE for us to take them off. So I called corporate office and left a message to return my call and never received o e back. Horribly ran company. read more

Had a turkey club sandwich. Bread was soaked in "butter" and not grilled. Cheese was " yucky." Fries were warm and not hot.

Jefferson's is a local favorite, and for many reasons I agree...the chicken wraps are great, wings are a top choice, and the servers are really nice. The reason I'm not IN LOVE with it is the menu -- it's mostly fried so be sure you're ready to go unhealthy (unless you get the wrap every single time). The dining area is like a Beef o Brady's feel so pretty casual...and prices are good. I suggest you stay away from the less popular choices (i.e. fried shrimp basket) because my waitress literally told me she's never had it ordered and I could tell that they must not restock old food because it was pretty bad/dry/hard... But I guess it's my fault for deviating from the norm! Just stick to the popular stuff and you'll enjoy your time here! read more

Ate here Monday, March 13th, 2017. We were traveling and it was getting late so I checked on Yelp and found this place. Had we known, we could have gone one exit further and had a much better selection of restaurants. Wings were good. Corn nuggets were disappointing. We each had a hamburger, and they were ok, too much bun as with most burgers. Service was slow. I counted about 8 waitresses, and at any given time 4 or 5 were just standing by the bar while food was sitting in the window waiting to be delivered. Ordered dessert and they were out of what I wanted. Onion rings were obviously of the frozen variety, and were barely warm when we got them. The celery served with the wings appeared to be several days old. read more
