He is a local Fallbrook MD who lives and works in Fallbrook and treats every patient as an individual. Some of my friends and family members suggested I stop commuting to OC when there is a terrific fully-trained and practicing MD right here in our "Friendly" Village. The seating area is clean and comfortable. The office staff are all very friendly and professional. They didn't keep me waiting. In fact, we went back early. He is part of a larger group (Graybill Med Group/Palomar Health). He takes his time and is not rushed to get you in and out. At least not today. We went over my health history, and he addressed all of my concerns. If you are like me and picky about the healthcare professionals on your team, you won't be disappointed. Oh boy. Where do I start?…read more I broke my ankle 7/2/22 and went to the ER 7/3. Since 7/3 (Currently 7/12) I have been fucked around by this Medical Center. I've been told by one person to walk in for an appointment, having a nurse that day do her absolute best to kick me out. Telling the other nurse that it "takes too much paperwork" to do walk-ins and mentioned her fancy lunch she brought... must be why she didn't want to help anyone so she can worry more about her lunch. Didn't get her name, Had to convince her to let me wait inside & sit down w/ a broken ankle. Persistently said I won't be seen/should just leave. Kicked everyone out/told them to come back after 2pm when her lunch was over. I had Jason call and tell me they needed the x-rays and waited DAYS when it should have been there the 3rd after getting off the phone with the ER. I've been told how it's the insurance's fault; even though I have called both of my insurance numbers and both told me my doctor has filed the referral wrong-- causing a longer wait to get anyone to look at my broken ankle! It's been 9 days and no one has psychically looked at my ankle, the televisit with Robert Krochalis-Soliani was a joke, he didn't even have my x-rays that they needed so bad to make the appointment??? Which made me wonder if I could have gotten this done much faster the day I walked in!!! This still isn't taken care of, it's absolutely absurd that if anyone needs real medical attention it will just be thrown aside! If you want real medical help-- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place will tell you what you want to hear and takes fucking FOREVER to actually do what they are supposed to.

Dr. Miller started out friendly and compassionate and skilled but nosed dived from there, both opinions. She asked my wife inappropriate questions about her health. The doctor was often moody and distracted and this comes from both my wife and I. Dr. Miller was more interested in Botox injections than basic care. Stay away from her.

I've been trying to fix the solution now for almost a year and I keep getting told I will be hearing from a supervisor and nothing. I am now almost $500 out of pocket and expenses that my insurance would have covered. However, they are refusing to bill my insurance. To me it sounds like they do not want to do their job and help somebody who has two different insurances and just like to nickel and dime everyone possible. Save your time and effort and find someplace that actually knows how to do their job.

She has a sweet and caring manner and genuinely cares. She wondered why I would travel so far to see her and I will say it 100 times it is worth the drive to be treated with respect and care. The medical field is, sadly, lacking compassion these days. Every person that works at this location is of the same genuine and caring caliber! Vanessa at the front desk is delightful and all of the medical assistants as well. When you find a Dr. and staff that treats you with compassion & respect, it doesn't matter the distance.
