It was a Friday and she wanted me to wait until Monday for the referral. I was so upset I contacted my healthcare insurance provider and they called her and she was forced to get me the referral. I went to the specialist who was able to dislodge the blockage in my ear. I was about to drop her and find a better doctor, but she sent me a letter saying she was not going to be my doctor anymore! Ha! Good riddance Dr. Lawson!
