Oh boy. Where do I start?…read more I broke my ankle 7/2/22 and went to the ER 7/3. Since 7/3 (Currently 7/12) I have been fucked around by this Medical Center. I've been told by one person to walk in for an appointment, having a nurse that day do her absolute best to kick me out. Telling the other nurse that it "takes too much paperwork" to do walk-ins and mentioned her fancy lunch she brought... must be why she didn't want to help anyone so she can worry more about her lunch. Didn't get her name, Had to convince her to let me wait inside & sit down w/ a broken ankle. Persistently said I won't be seen/should just leave. Kicked everyone out/told them to come back after 2pm when her lunch was over. I had Jason call and tell me they needed the x-rays and waited DAYS when it should have been there the 3rd after getting off the phone with the ER. I've been told how it's the insurance's fault; even though I have called both of my insurance numbers and both told me my doctor has filed the referral wrong-- causing a longer wait to get anyone to look at my broken ankle! It's been 9 days and no one has psychically looked at my ankle, the televisit with Robert Krochalis-Soliani was a joke, he didn't even have my x-rays that they needed so bad to make the appointment??? Which made me wonder if I could have gotten this done much faster the day I walked in!!! This still isn't taken care of, it's absolutely absurd that if anyone needs real medical attention it will just be thrown aside! If you want real medical help-- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place will tell you what you want to hear and takes fucking FOREVER to actually do what they are supposed to.

From taking six or seven weeks to complete simple paperwork for urgent testing to refusing to refer to specialists and proposing experimenting with dangerous drugs to "see what works," to entering misspelled, childish rants in official medical records, the staff at this clinic have problems. The most frequent answer to why something was repeatedly delayed or not ever completed was "It's not my job" or "It's not my fault." In my professional experience, behaviors such as those I witnessed tend to be closely tied to poor management. Better management sets higher standards, ensures follow-through, evaluates, and improves as needed, and respects all parties involved. If you have to go to a community clinic for complex or longterm issues, please consider driving to a better one in neighboring communities or, if possible, consider getting Covered California insurance to allow you to use a local private doctor. Whatever your insurance, this is not your own choice. Many insurance companies provide free rides to doctor appointments, so don't let distance keep you from going to the right doctor for you.

However, the 20 minutes per year that we spend with Dr Jensen does not make up for the headache and time wasted just trying to get these people on the phone to make an appointment. Today I spent over an hour making an appt and this is the norm for them, unfortunately I go through it every time I need to call them.. 2 out of the last 3 times we went to an appointment, their computers were down - they couldn't send a prescription to rite aid while we were in town. There's something wrong here and the doctors need to be accountable, this is their business. Even if the Dr is great, dealing with the lousy management is not worth it. Also, I've seen them turn away patients that are 12 minutes late to an appointment, and that REALLY bothered me becausen it's so hypocritical - this place doesn't take measures to value my time, but they can't even wait 12 minutes for you if you're stuck in traffic .. that's just not right, no way to treat your patients. Do better!!

I am not one to write a review but this place seems unorganized and a huge SCAM! for your money…read more It's disappointing because coming into the office the staff were so friendly. Jun 11 - i came in for my concerns and annual wellness check/blood draw. went to check out, i asked the receptionist lady if there was a copay and she said no. Jun 18 - follow up to review my test results, one test was missing so they drew my blood again. Went to check out and i asked the guy receptionist if i had a copay he said no. It didn't seem right so I double checked with him and the lady next to him said i do have a $30 copay (so i paid). After a week i called to check on my results cuz i didn't see anything posted on my online account and i was informed my doctor was out and that a doctor needed to review my results with me. They tried to schedule me in office but i asked if it can be a call cuz i didn't want to drive down again. June 27 - got the call from the doctor to review my results (still didn't get why i couldn't just get a copy of my results online, my old Sharp doctor would usually just have the results on my app.) About two weeks later (July 7) i receive a bill for $50(or so) so i called them and they advised that my insurance didn't cover my initial appointment and told me i'd have to reach out to my insurance in regards to my confusion so i did. it looks like the insurance and medical office settled something because the app showed i only owed $30 after a few weeks (July 28) so i paid for it. Aug. 8 i see another bill for 2 different dates for a total of $60 so i called again and the lady on the phone said it was for my first appointment (which i recently just paid for) and my video call (video call that shouldn't have even happened if they didn't mess up on one of my test results). They're literally charging me for everything even if it's a mistake on their end.

Fortunately I'm reasonable healthy and my interaction with the office is usually once a year for an annual physical. It is a review of blood labs, includes an EKG done in the office, and the normal look and listen to what's going on with my body. If referrals are needed for specialists follow-up they are made. I'm 77 years old and I've been a patient for over 10 years and they are keeping me going. I just called the office a few minutes ago, someone answered, helped me renew two prescriptions, and it took about 3 minutes. That's awesome. A few years ago I sliced open my finger on a very sharp kitchen knife. I called the office and they said to come right in. Dr. Strutz sewed up my finger right in his office saving me a trip to the ER. My last labs showed some decline in kidney function. I'm writing this review based on a recent experience with my daughter at United Medical Doctors,…read moreand I feel strongly that other parents should be aware before going here. The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

This urgent care is conveniently located on Temecula Parkway in a complex which contains an imaging…read morecenter, lab and pharmacy right in the same building. Although you can't make an appointment, I guess I got lucky and had a very brief wait after completing my paperwork. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and modern and the receptionist was pleasant. I had a PA (which I only know from the notes afterward since he never introduced himself). He was brusque, quick and had no greeting or smile to offer. He ordered a test to be done there as he was walking out the door (without giving me any additional info as to why). The x-ray tech was wonderful, as was the imaging check-in person who confirmed what the PA was looking for in ordering the test. I walked back down the hall after the test (with results apparently read within mere minutes which was shocking and actually made me wonder how it was possible...) and this same PA said he was ordering meds and told me to follow up with my primary doc and go to an ER if it gets worse. ookaay thanks, I guess. I called the day after my visit to confirm my insurance info since I was viewing an incorrect plan listed on the patient portal. At that time, I also asked about being able to request a doctor instead of a PA should I return to this urgent care. I got some valuable info which would affect my coming back. I was told there are NO doctors ever there, only PAs...AND there is only one PA working there on any given day. I questioned this, as it seemed I was hearing at least one other provider entering another exam room the day I was there (walls are thin and I could hear her greeting the patient and asking reason for visit, etc.) Regardless, the receptionist told me I could ask who was on call that day and if it was someone I didn't want, I'd just have to call and check back another day. While there are many great reviews for this urgent care - overall rating being the reason I was even there - I'm saddened to have to give this a so-so rating based on the PA who treated me. I appreciate the pros of having imaging, lab and pharmacy right on the premises, but I'd feel more comfortable if a doctor was available and if not, to at least know there are several PAs to choose from. I see in reading recent reviews that there are several negative one-stars, one of which specifically names the same PA I had. Everyone else I dealt with there was wonderful and although it may not be practical to have to call and possibly come another day in an acute situation, I would return if I could see someone else.
