Aspen contacts your insurance for pre-approval and the patient pays their portion before any work is done. Every time we talk to them, they seem to have a new Office Manager. The dentist I saw for consultation was gone when I came in the next week. They say I owe money? What? Warranty, they will not honor that either? Forget that. I have a convention I must attend for a week. I have a hole in my mouth that I will have to repair myself. I suggest not going to this office...it is a nightmare!!! In fairness, they had one Office Manager who was great, but now gone. He told me to come on in we will re-cement your tooth and I could have in an hour. Too bad he is gone. I went to the same dentist since I was 17 until he retired. His family (family office) were the on-call dentist for NBA's Atlanta Hawks. They would never refuse a patient service. His staff is also excellent and really get to know you. They are really understanding about being nervous and do their best to accommodate your schedule. The only downside to this office is the fact that it cost so much money. My one year check up was 351 dollars for an appointment that was less than ten minutes. Ouch and on top of that I still had to pay for parking. They should validate that's just crazy. But money is just a small factor overall I was very pleased with how professional and through this practice is. Highly recommend.

Let me preface this review by saying that some of the staff at this place were great…read more However, the office manager is incompetent and lacks customer service skills: 1 - they could not get a hold of my insurance's pre-authorization department. I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place does not care for you at all!!
