Dr. Ennuson, Chelsea, Rachel, Anaya, and Shameena are all the best. I came in pain and was greeted with sympathy and care. I was treated with respect and explained everything in detail and told what would happen each step of the way. The manager Jennifer was very personable, and worked with me on questions I had. Dental pain is no joke, trying to work around cost, time etc can be frustrating and a major factor in care, sadly for many its not an option. Aspen does offer some resources to help those with this challenge. I see alot of negative reviews of this location and I had second thoughts, for me my experience was/is very good. This is would to be the worst experience of my life. This Aspen office one I went to was awful. It was a revolving door of staff. Tried to get to cement in my tooth that came out of my denture (same tooth over and over again. Aspen contacts your insurance for pre-approval and the patient pays their portion before any work is done. Every time we talk to them, they seem to have a new Office Manager. The dentist I saw for consultation was gone when I came in the next week. They say I owe money? What? Warranty, they will not honor that either? Forget that. I have a convention I must attend for a week. I have a hole in my mouth that I will have to repair myself. I suggest not going to this office...it is a nightmare!!! In fairness, they had one Office Manager who was great, but now gone. He told me to come on in we will re-cement your tooth and I could have in an hour. Too bad he is gone. I went to the same dentist since I was 17 until he retired. His family (family office) were the on-call dentist for NBA's Atlanta Hawks. They would never refuse a patient service. They were wonderful and the staff remained the same for over 30 years! read more

Stockbridge location This dental office is completely unprofessional when it comes to billing and communication. I was given a treatment plan beforehand and told everything was covered, only to show up for my appointment and suddenly be told there were additional charges. Changing fees the day of treatment after confirming is ridiculous and feels extremely deceptive. Instead of taking accountability, the staff acted careless and nonchalant like this is normal business practice. Patients should not have to waste their time showing up under one understanding just to be blindsided with extra costs at the last minute. If you can't provide accurate pricing before an appointment, then you shouldn't be confirming treatment plans in the first place. Be very careful dealing with this office because what they tell you beforehand may not be what you end up paying. read more

The response from the local team was to call the 1-800 but that's not fixing this issue since the corporate office doesn't respond! They can't do basic math & I've provided them with a detailed speadsheet showing them where the error is located in their billing. NO! There high they don't explain everything in detail. The dentist or whatever he was that did my extractions was horrible. The dentist didn't even make sure that he.completely removed all my teeth pieces then on top of that forced the temps on my gums seeing that they were not the right fit so that caused a issue with my gums . The cleanings went well but getting a fill, not so much. The filling came off the very next morning. I came back in to get it filled again but this time it was not even filled in fully. It was for a fill to fix a chip but it still looks chipped so..kind of pointless. The staff was super nice though. read more

Do not go to this location! They had me pre pay for bleaching and a take home mold of my teeth. After the second of four bleaching the pain was soo bad I moved the light and had to go find the hygienist to cancel the process. Then I was informed that my mold was lost and they would call when it arrived. They never called and for some reason they are billing me another 500 dollars and have no clue where my mold is. read more

I visited for new patient exam. The dental assistant was new but very caring and competent. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. The dentist was skilled, informative and overall amazing. She mapped out a reasonable plan to remedy my multiple dental issues. The entire time at Aspen, I felt as if I were in great hands by a team that knew dentistry and patient care from the front desk manager to the assistant , hygienist and dentist. I'm usually not a raving fan of dental offices, but this team has changed my outlook completely. I'm looking forward to sitting in Dr. Cobb's chair to improve my dental health. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars on google, if I could give it zero I would. The first visit was not so bad, a typical dentist visit with a little wait but not a big deal. The second time I had gone I had an appointment for 9 Am. I showed up early before they opened at 8:45 per their request (to show up 15 mins prior to your appointment). I then proceeded to wait 2 hours before even being seated for a procedure that I was told would be a quick in and out. Then I waited in the room and didn't finish my treatment until 11. I even had to reschedule a client meeting! I was not planning on leaving reviews as I don't like to be negative, however the icing on the cake was when I got the bill. The "estimated" amount that I would need to pay was 80 or so based on my insurance plan that I had provided all the information for. Come to find that I need to pay the full amount (850)! I called my insurance and they said that the treatment was never covered on my plan to begin with. The information that was presented was very misleading and had I know it would cost the full amount I wouldn't have done it. This place must have poor management or some other factor because the people there are nice. The only reason I got sat down in the first place was that the receptionist saw that I had been waiting for a long time. I would never wish this to anyone and would steer clear if possible. How this place is still in business is astonishing. I walked in today with no appointment because the awful denture they made for me finally cracked. Long story short.. I sat here for an hour before the girl told me they didn't have the materials to fix my denture. That's right. A business known for making dentures doesn't have the materials to fix the denture they made. I sat for a whole 60 minutes just to get that information. They tell me to try another location because they wont have the materials for another week. That's right, a place known for making dentures won't have denture stuff for over a week. I call the location this office suggested. That office proceeds to tell me they can't fix my denture because it's an acrylic denture and they are a digital lab. ASPEN DENTAL IS A FRIGGIN JOKE. A bunch of ridiculous women joking around having a good time at other folk expense. Gave me an estimate of $2246.00 to clean teeth and one composite. Wow this is the highest price to clean teeth that has ever been encountered. Call one of the over 100 other Dentist in the surrounding area to get an honest price and care. Very poor communication skills. This was at the Cumming, GA location. read more

Yasmine at the front desk is nasty to customers. She smirks and makes facial expressions in a nasty manner when talking to clients. I had a crown that came a loose and I was referred to them by Google emergency dental service. I went into as a dental at Cumberland and Yasmine with a nasty smirk on her face said that I have to go back to my old dentist. I bit into an apple my crown came a loose and they offered emergency services. I was booked for them and Yasmin turned me away. Do not go to Aspen Dental at cumberland. Yasmine is the worst person they can put in the front of their business and I see why all of their reviews are bad . If I had not had an emergency, I would not even have bothered to make the drive to their office. They should be put out the business and closed as they do not help people in emergencies as advertised. read more

Don't waste your time... I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 1058am. Checked in as a new patient, and completed registration in about 5 minutes. Waited in the reception area for 52 minutes, got up and walked out. They call me 10 minutes later asking "did you leave?" What?! Just like they charge a missed appointment fee they should pay the same fee. Wasted time and money. Never going to any Aspen Dental again. read more

I actually would rate Aspen Dental 0/5. Office experience was horrid. They expect payment before services even with dental insurance. They do not answer their phone. Very difficult to contact.  I had to travel to the office to talk with them.  I have requested that documentation be sent for services to my insurance. However, it has been six months with no response. No documentation. My insurance company has also contacted them with no response. Who does business like this? They provided me with a cost of the services that was so confusing because it did not match what they expected me to pay ahead of services.  When I asked about the inconsistency, they just said, just ignore the paper. However,  they required me to sign the form. I would NOT recommend any Aspen Dental. Stay far away. Their office practice and their billing department are frustrating. With that being said, the skill of the dentist and the skill of the dental hygienist was outstanding. Too bad they work for a broken system, Aspen Dental. read more
