Jeff's Bagel was absolutely amazing! Everything from the customer service to the food exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the bagels were fresh, soft, and delicious. The prices were also fantastic. We got three bagels and five different spreads for under $20, which was a great value. I love that they offer a variety of bagel flavors and regularly switch things up, so there's always something new to try. There isn't a lot of seating inside, but we grabbed our bagels and took them to the beach, which made for the perfect breakfast. Went to their grand opening on Saturday. Line was long but moved quickly. I noticed that the hot bagels had a "hot" next to them which was cool. I tried a cinnamon raisin with cannoli cream cheese. There was plenty of spread for the bagel and I appreciated the many options. Bagel was fresh and had a really good texture. Service was quick and staff were friendly. read more

I was so excited to try Jeff's. My husband and I came in this am. Great spot, easy to find, and extremely friendly staff that greets you right away. Also very clean. The lady behind the counter was so kind explaining the menu and maybe what to try. Once we started ordering we were very confused to find that they don't toast in house. She told us not to worry because they are baked fresh. We were excited to sit outside and eat- but once we opened our bag, the bagels were cold (I'm sure they were fresh but just from sitting in air conditioning for a while). Since they don't toast we were thinking maybe they come out at least warm. We ended up having to leave so we could roast them back home. For two bagels and spread we paid $11- for loose bagels and cream cheese you put on yourself. For this price I was definitely expecting more. By now we are already so disappointed but hungry and still eager to try. The bagel had a good chew to it/ but I had to add salt to my salt bagel. They really just tasted like grocery store bagged bagels to us. Cream cheese what just ok. Do not waste your money. read more

Address not completely accurate. Located next to Jersey Mike's, lacrosse independence mall. It's a small store so very limited seating inside and there are some small tables outdoors, covered. Menu includes bagels with spreads and different kinds of drinks, no protein options. They had different bagel flavors for each day listed for a week. There were some sweet treats in the display case at the register--during my visit had fruity loop rice crispy treats, some kind of s'more cookie brownie hyand a chocolate chip cookie bar. To-go veggies with some kind of dip were available. They have an app you can download to start earning rewards for each purchase. Got to sample the bagel of the day, strawberry shortcake as well as a cinnamon sugar latte. Latte was too sweet for my preference, but any person who likes sweet drinks would probably like it. Grand opening day they were giving a free bagel and dip so got to try an everything bagel with a chive, onion, cream cheese dip. Bagel with sliced half, not toasted. Not sure if toasted is an option. The bagels were soft and fresh. From a perfectionist standpoint, the seasoning could've been a little more evenly distributed, but still had a good amount of the seasoning on top. Bagel dough flavor was decent. Enjoyed the chive and onion cream cheese dip. Wish they could include more protein options to make it more of a balanced meal with a bagel. Would give three stars, Otherwise, giving an Extra star for the friendly staff. read more

First the good, service and staff were engaged and focused. Helpful and effective. The cream cheese offering are the star of the show. A bit pricey but I'm happy to pay for well prepared spreads and they're delicious. Unfortunately the bagels fall below the standard I was expecting. Chewy and gummy. Maybe an adjustment to the boiling time could help. I'll give them a few more try's but if this is their product currently, I'm out. I'd like to see an egg bagel added to the repertoire. There usually a standard. Lastly they slice all of the bagels before packing them. I think it's a mistake. Or at least give the customers the option. Cute place should do well, I'd love to see a contest for renaming the place. Jeff's doesn't deliver the right message. read more

Friendly and outgoing staff! Great selection of bagel choices from traditional (Everything/Sesame etc) to dessert flavored bagels. Cream cheese comes on the side so you can use as much or little. 4.5 ish- Jeff's Bagel Run provides a quick simple bite to eat with no frills, but not skimping on quality along the way. This store doesn't offer anything other than bagels, spreads, and drinks. The bagels they serve are made in-house. A single bagel is $2.25 and to get a side of cream cheese it is $2.25. Thus, for a bagel and cream cheese you are paying roughly $5.00. That's probably is a little bit on the pricy side, but you can reduce the expenses with the cream cheese and stretch it for two or even three bagels if you get more bagels for later. The jalapeño cheddar bagel and spread were pretty good. The ambiance of the store is an l-shape and holds three two person tables and a bar. The location is very clean with very friendly staff. This type of store would likely do very well at airports, government food courts, and college campuses that are high traffic and people on the go locations. Overall, this is a nice addition to the food scene in Wilmington with a slight hole, pun intended, for not having an option for a bagel with cream cheese in the actual pricing structure. Corporate America at its worst This is what happens when you have a chain of bagel stores who decides to cut every angle they can in order to make maximum profit first of all serving cold bagels that are stale and not toasting them, then not putting the cream cheese on the bagel or the lox. The net result is you get bagels that you could easily buy at a store or market there are equal quality and buy a side of cream cheese and save substantial money It's so sad that they'll probably drive off the mom and Pop bagel stores. They give personal service and excellent bagels and will end up with mediocre bagel stores that will not go the extra mile. I love bagels, and I haven't found a good bagel shop in Wilmington over the last six years, so I was really excited for this to open!!! I have been three times since they opened, they had a lot of staff on those first few days - which thinking about it shows a concern for staff training that I can get behind, I always want to frequent places that don't put their staff in hard situations by understaffing, or not giving them time to learn! The managers, and owners were very hands on and seemed really to care about the staff and costumers. All three times I have been the staff have all been cheerful and polite. There are a few tables, and a short bar, everything is always clean! I they don't toast the bagel's, but why do you need to toast a fresh, scratch made bagel? When I say scratch, I mean scratch, from flour to bagel. The bagels are delicious! The cream cheese was also delicious. I really like that I get to choose how much to put on my bagel, I don't have to role the dice like at other shops where sometimes you get a good amount, and sometimes all you get is the essence of cream cheese. Every time you get the same amount!!! This is definitely my new bagel shop! 10/10 would recommend for value for money, service, and taste!!!! read more

My first time at Jeff's Bagel Run. It was an odd experience. First, I was amazed at the number of people working behind the counter - there ad to be at least 20 employees. I placed my typical bagel order, which is "A salt bagel with butter, not toasted". The cashier enlightened me to the fact I couldn't have butter (or any condiments placed on my bagel - they were like a bakery. Okay, odd, but I'll go with it. I ordered 3 bagels, a salt, poppy and sesame - as this will allow me to evaluate the quality of the bagels. I then paid for my 3 bagels, $7.xx, which is a bit high, but so be it. I then moved to the end of the counter, where a notice a young lady is slicing and wrapping each bagel (as if she put condiments on them). I asked why she sliced my bagels, so responded with "that's just how we do it". I thought to myself "that's odd, I can't get butter on my bagel, but they take the time to slice my bagel" So, twenty minutes later, when I got home, I added my own butter onto my bagel, and with anticipation, took my first bite. The bagel is okay, a 4 on a scale of 1-10. The bagel is more of a roll than it is a bagel. My experience could be due to growing pains, only time will tell. I don't understand why the (numerous) staff couldn't butter my bagel, there are other bagel places in WIlmington that perform this task. read more

i really wanted to love this place. others have mentioned same thing. no toasting of bagels no bagel sandwiches. just bagels and cream cheese. it fell flat imho and i'll continue to go to beach bagels. i also think beach bagels cream cheeses are way better! don't waste your time here. read more
