On my third visit, everything was finally ready, and Heather and Sean really stepped up. They made sure I didn't have to wait long and provided excellent customer service. They were professional, efficient, and clearly cared about getting things done right after all the earlier issues. He also replaced four glass panes on three windows where the seal was broken and fogging up. His measurements were perfect and the new glass looks amazing. He told me that the frames were in good shape which was relief as the windows are 24 years old. Eddie cleaned the glass, tightened up the locking mechanism, and left no trash or debris behind. Eddie has a great work ethic, takes pride in his work, and is a nice person. He also responds quickly and his prices are very fair. Highly recommend.

I ask them to repair a screen for me and I had to wait probably 5 weeks . The owner was dealing with health issues and would sometimes respond to my text and other times not regarding when my job would be completed . When I finally picked up the screen, I asked if his company could make two new screens for other windows I had and was told the job would be passed to a man named Jack who was the screen master . This guy was not communicative and would just show up at my house whenever he was in the area to get a measurement . I'm a very busy woman and I need to have some notice if you're coming over . The final straw was he showed up again unannounced saying he was in the area . At the time, I was in the shower and I could hear someone practically breaking down my door by banging very loudly . I thought it might be an emergency and I ran out of the shower and open to my third floor window to see who was banging on my door . That's when I saw Jack and he said he had the screens and I told him that I was indisposed . Undeterred, he said he would wait and I checked my texts and phone log to see if he had actually contacted me to let me know he was coming over and he had not . I asked him if we could come up with a mutually agreeable time to install screens . He seemed irritated and I told him I needed some notice . At this point, he became angry and animated and told me just to forget the whole thing and to never mind , basically meaning I wasn't going to get my screens at all . He yelled up to my window that I was being very unprofessional . I subsequently called him and he was rude on the phone and told me to just listen to what he had to say . So I listened, and when he was done I told him we had to come up with a mutually agreeable time and he didn't like it so he basically hung up . Today he dropped by my old screen and I had my husband go out to his truck to talk to him saying that we were still interested in buying the screens , but he was terse with my husband , barely saying a word other than he didn't have them and driving off. I understand that the customer is not always right and that's not what this review is about. If you are in business you need to know how to communicate and be professional at all times . What I said to him certainly did not warrant his behavior and I was quite taken aback . He also told me that business was good , meaning it was no skin off his back to not sell me the screen said he had already made up for me . Anyway, it's sad because I think they do good work but if you can't communicate then I just don't have time to deal with you . He also indicated to me that he had come out twice to my house from Dundalk . I live in Odenton . He said I was not appreciative of this fact. I really didn't know where this guy lived and to me, it was irrelevant . He would not have had to come out twice had he coordinated a mutually agreeable time to me but he didn't seem to understand that saying that I was ungrateful . So if you want a lot of drama, do business with this company but it really wasn't worth the hassle and I still don't have my new screens as they are refusing to sell them to me . What a waste of time . I would only use this company if they are the only company in Maryland that can make your screen. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle .

Chris and his team are incredible! I was extremely impressed with the service they provided, the genuine customer care, and the low-cost of the job. My window was smashed when someone broke into my Jeep wrangler in the city. I was really upset about the whole ordeal and anxious about figuring out how to fix it. I called around to a handful of places, both big companies and small local ones, asking for quotes and timelines. From my first phone call to Chris, he was able to put my mind at ease. Out of all the calls I made, he had the quickest timeline, the best price, and he took the time on the phone with me to assure me and support me through my stress from the situation. In just 2 days, Chris was able to order the exact factory-made window for my Jeep, and install it professionally in my own driveway. His team did an excellent job cleaning up the glass, as well. He also recommended a great local car detailer when I asked. This is the type of small business that cares about customers and will do a top-notch job. These guys are top notch. I have used them many times, and have never had an issue. From a chip in the windshield to having a piece of glass replaced, they have always been outstanding with customer service and outstanding quality of work. On our last job, we ran into some issues with getting the correct part in (not their fault) - they offered to waive our deductible and covered our car completely with a tarp overnight while they located the correct part (after 4 other attempts throughout the week, due to distributor error) and had our car back up and running first thing in the morning. We couldn't have asked for anything better and will definitely use them again when the wonderful Maryland roads crack or chip our auto glass again. Best auto glass company I have had the pleasure of working with! We have a fleet of company vans that are constantly in need of glass repair. W&W Auto Glass is consistent on pricing. Having a van down is crippling to our busy business W&W has worked with OUR working schedule so it will not interrupt the time that the vans can be on the road. When we call they are polite and responsive to all of our needs. They even call/text to confirm the appointments. The crew came out and cleaned up everything from having a broken window we couldn't even tell that the window had ever been broken. I will always call them! read more

These guys are amazing and do the best work. If you ever need a windshield repair or replace. Or your dingy headlights done. These guys are the ones to do the job. They come to you or you can go to them.They are fast, accurate, on time and very reasonable in prices and does fantastic work. They have awesome.customer.service that cant be beat any where else. W&W was recommended to me by the dealership servicing my vehicle as I had an issue with my sliding rear window. While this repair was scheduled, my F150 vista/panoramic sunroof had a catastrophic failure (frame broke and sunroof would not close). So, after replacing the rear sliding window the next project was the sunroof. This repair is quite technical and labor intensive...a six-hour job. Aside from a few minor glitches, the repair was done to my satisfaction and the sunroof performs like new. Excellent communication and customer service from Chris and Company. It was one of those deeply bitter cold days when W&W came out to replace my windshield. Due to sever cold they were running late as the adhesive was not setting up on each job they had. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day on the status of their arrival. When they arrived they were polite, professional, and got right to work.
