These guys are top notch. I have used them many times, and have never had an issue. From a chip in the windshield to having a piece of glass replaced, they have always been outstanding with customer service and outstanding quality of work. On our last job, we ran into some issues with getting the correct part in (not their fault) - they offered to waive our deductible and covered our car completely with a tarp overnight while they located the correct part (after 4 other attempts throughout the week, due to distributor error) and had our car back up and running first thing in the morning. We couldn't have asked for anything better and will definitely use them again when the wonderful Maryland roads crack or chip our auto glass again. Best auto glass company I have had the pleasure of working with! We have a fleet of company vans that are constantly in need of glass repair. W&W Auto Glass is consistent on pricing. Having a van down is crippling to our busy business W&W has worked with OUR working schedule so it will not interrupt the time that the vans can be on the road. W&W was recommended to me by the dealership servicing my vehicle as I had an issue with my sliding rear window. While this repair was scheduled, my F150 vista/panoramic sunroof had a catastrophic failure (frame broke and sunroof would not close). So, after replacing the rear sliding window the next project was the sunroof. This repair is quite technical and labor intensive...a six-hour job. Aside from a few minor glitches, the repair was done to my satisfaction and the sunroof performs like new. Excellent communication and customer service from Chris and Company. It was one of those deeply bitter cold days when W&W came out to replace my windshield. Due to sever cold they were running late as the adhesive was not setting up on each job they had.
