Jeff and his team did an absolutely AMAZING job on my husband's car - interior detail. It's the photos you see above for the blue Tesla Model 3. My two young kids completely TRASHED the car. We did "car restaurant outings" during the lock down were we drove to a restaurant, got take out, and ate in the car while watching netflix. A year of that later is the giant mess you see in the photos above. Jeff and his team did an impressive transformation! The car looked brand spankin new afterward and they even gave us a free wash! Needed a full car detailing for the Family Pilot in a bit of a rush. Not much cleaning before hand for years and with 3 dogs and the afterglow of countless PNW soccer team carpooling left it quite a mess. They came out on a rainy night, set up a canopy tackled the job with a little music and a lot of smiles on their faces. The results? It looks like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot. Jeff's did a great job for us. I have never used a mobile detail service, and it was way more convenient than dropping the vehicles off at a shop. They came to our house to detail our SUV and truck, showed up on time, sent out a 5-person crew who all worked hard, finished on time, and we were really happy with the quality of the detail service. Hired Jeff's to do a mobile detail in and out on my daughters Subaru Outback. Three detailers came and immediately spread out wet towels on the top of their van to dry; not a good sign, as used towels can contain grit. After a good wash job with brushes and powerwasher, they worked hard on the interior with vacuums, compressed air, cleaning agents and elbow grease for about an hour and a half. They also cleaned the engine bay About a half hour after that they knocked on door and said they were done. I was surprised they did the exterior so quickly. It wasn't until they left that I took a better look and saw the hood still had weathering and spots concealed under a glossy coat of ceramic that they'd sprayed it with after claying the car. Claying and spray wax is not a detail; there should be polishing or compounding as necessary then wax. Orbital machines are the gold standard, not spray wax and microfiber cloths; I can do that myself. The car certainly looks better than when they started, especially the interior, but my final observation is the windows still had some streaks and haze on the inside, which only added to my dissatisfaction with this partial detail I paid full price for. read more

The team at Jeff's Auto Detailing was truly amazing. From my initial call to the final cleaned car, everything was clearly communicated to me. Our car looks brand new! They were able to get a bunch of sap off of the hood of the car and left the entire vehicle spotless inside and out. We even lost power about a third of the way into the cleaning, but the team insisted on staying and finishing the job, even having to do some of the cleaning the manual old-fashioned way. We so appreciated their efforts and enjoyed working with them. I would recommend them without a doubt and will certainly use them in the future. Just finished with my auto detailing service and Jeff and his partner did a FANTASTIC job! The mobile service offering of cleaning my car from our own driveway was so convenient and their attention to detail was superb. I have a large, hairy dog and they were able to clean out all of the hair and a few old stains from my upholstery. They were even able to buff out some minor scratches and waxed the exterior.
