We eat at Jeff's 2x a week and it's our absolute favorite! I wish I had a picture to share but we always eat them too quickly. The team is always kind and will acknowledge you even when you have a to-go order. Quality is spot on and our order has been correct each time we place it via the Toast app. My go to is always the long john w/out cream & a traditional glaze. You had me at "open 24 hours." You kept me with great, extremely hefty donuts. Lots of options, even later in the morning - from no frills plain glazed and Long John's to some more fun filled and topped options - the "chocolate peanut butter" (not a buckeye, dude had no idea what that was) was so decadent it almost needed to be split in half. It's a bit pricey - $30 for a dozen - but they are big donuts and the box is basically a solid cardboard moving box, not some flimsy thing. After a little dinner at Harry's we walked over to Jeff's to grab a little sweet treat. I was really wanting some donut holes but unfortunately they did not have any available & weren't going to be making any for a few hours. While I pondered what I was going to get instead, my friend got a box of donuts as well as one of the last strawberry sprinkle donuts. Where do I start. The guy working the counter was not wearing gloves. He was the only one up there and was handling the donuts and payments. Completely unsanitary. He used one of those papers to pick up the donuts but you could tell that his hands were not completely covered. He also did not sanitize between customers. He also had his mask under his nose. Not the right use of the mask. I couldn't enjoy my donuts completely because of the thought of his hands partially on it. I only ate the middle. What I ate was really good though. Wow just wow! We stumbled upon this place while venturing home from Evansville to Cincy. It's in a strip mall. They are open 24x7. How good could a 24x7 donut shop be? Well let me tell you. We went in for a road snack. We were only getting 2. We left with a bakers dozen! Brought them home to share with our teenagers and even made a delivery to our adult daughter and grandkids because they love tiger tails which are not as common at most donut chains. It took me a while to try Jeff's Bakery even though I had heard good things about their doughnuts. Just the thought of dealing with that horrible monstrosity called a roundabout was enough to induce a panic attack. If you feel the same way, take a chill pill and make the drive. I can almost guarantee that you won't be sorry. The first couple of times I visited Jeff's Bakery was to get doughnuts for my parents, so I didn't write reviews. You will notice that there is an empty space in the photo of the "full" box. That is where an orange frosted, vanilla cream filled long john once sat, but it didn't make it home for the picture. And when I say 'filled', I mean filled! Jeff's does not skimp on the good stuff. All of the doughnuts that I have tried have been super soft & fluffy. There is something in the glaze on the plain doughnuts that sets them apart from all other glazed doughnuts. Vanilla, maybe? I don't know. I do know that these are the only glazed doughnuts that have had me wanting more than one. The doughnuts are $2 each. Now...pick your jaw up and lower your eyebrows. These aren't KK or DD sized; they are the biggest doughnuts that I have ever seen. And well worth every penny. read more

I love Jeff's apple fritters, but wish they wouldn't glaze them so heavily. they're almost too sweet... I also love their chocolate glazed donuts, but they don't always have them. When I went in yesterday, they had them, but they were $2.50 apiece! I don't understand how they can be that much compared to a don't or long John that has heavy frosting and nuts or decorations. I would have ordered a dozen but they're just too expensive, and most of what they offer has just too much icing. price your donuts accordingly please, and offer fewer sickly sweet toppings!
