Huge disappointment. First of all, I'm a massive fan of the Jeffersonville location. I've never had an issue there. I was on Dutchman's for an early morning doctors appointment and decided to grab some donuts on my way home. I got a half dozen blueberry. First of all, they were smaller than usual. The lady working the counter was nice and gave me a few extra because she realized they were small. I decided to eat one on my drive home... bleh. They were dry, hard, not at all up to the Jeff's standards I'm used to. Basically, I flushed $12. This was around 9am so I expected fresh donuts but unfortunately, I did not receive that. read more

Last night on my way home I decided to try Jeff's donuts. On this occasion I decided to bring my expectations down, due to the fact that I got them really high when I tried duck donuts. Duck donuts turned out to me to be a disappointment, there was so much talk but I was not impressed. However with Jess donuts I kept an open mind and purchase two. The The donuts were very large and very fresh. The donuts were two dollars apiece, I heard several people complaining about the price but really the price was not that bad given their size and how much you pay for them at other locations. So if you're in the mood for donuts late at night Jeff's donuts is a good place to try. I will go again, They were very tasty. read more

Super cute little place. Great selection of different types of donuts. And the option to get a huge Texas donut! LOVE that it's open 24/7!!! My hubs and I came at 11:30pm just being goofy . Only thing I didnt like is that employees weren't wearing a mask. It's ok if you personally aren't worried about covid, but as a business, I feel like you should be sensitive to your customers and be committed to protecting everyone despite your personal view. My daughter recommended Jeff's Donuts after some friends recommended them to her. She said I HAD to try them. I'm not a big donut eater- mainly because I'm picky and other donuts are either too dry, too sweet, or too soggy. Ummmm- Jeff's Donuts are none of those things, they are perfect in my opinion. We ordered them to eat Xmas morning, and I've got another order in now to pick up so we can have them New Year's Day. I can 100% recommend the ones I had: regular glaze, chocolate glaze, cinnamon twist, honeybun, and powder sugar twist. They are also open 24 hours- that would make ordering and picking up before work a great option. Prices are very reasonable. And lastly, customer service is excellent. The lady who took my order was patient and explained all the differences over the phone. I won't get donuts anywhere else from now on! read more

Wow. My kind of donut! Someone at work brought in Jeff's Donuts today and I can confidently speak for everyone in saying it was love at first sight (then confirmed love at first bite). The box is great quality and durable, the donuts were huge and there were a variety of delicious flavors. The chocolate peanut butter was my favorite! Fluffy donuts, the perfect amount of glaze/frosting/toppings. Would definitely recommend. read more

The apple fritters are amazing and made with apple chunks! The cake donuts are outstanding. Service was impeccable.

I happened to be in the area and thought that I would try this place out....My tastebuds were beyond grateful! I got 1/2 dozen...an Oreo topped doughnut, a cream filled doughnut, a chocolate and peanut butter doughnut, a cinnamon twist, an apple fritter and a glazed twist with chocolate. The doubts were also reasonably priced. I would not let anyone have a bite of the chocolate twist because it was so delicious! I got an apple fritter for my mom and she is an apple fritter connoisseur! I am 46 and she has eaten them as a sweet treat for as long as I can remember! She said that it was the best one that she had ever had! That's an amazing compliment. Since it was my first visit, the woman at the register gave me a free delicious doughnut hole and then helped me chose the different variety. She definitely hit the nail on the head! She and her coworker were extremely welcoming, patient and very customer service oriented. Whenever I am in the area, I will definitely be by to pick up some of these amazing sweet treats! This is a review for the Spring Hurst location. Yelp can't find it because it's brand new. I love the chocolate frosted donut. I'm a fanatic for this particular kind of donut. I went to the Springhurst location at 9 something on Tuesday morning. An older lady and young guy were working. I asked for a chocolate frosted donut. I handed the money to the guy while the lady grabbed the donut. She said glazed, and I was thinking chocolate frosted. I already told them what I wanted. She gave me glazed. I didn't even realize it until I was halfway home. I thought what is this, and I realized her error and mine. I should have paid more attention. She should have too. I called the store when I got home, but it just rang and rang before switching to a busy signal. I'm frustrated because of the mixup, but I'm annoyed that either I drive out of my way to go back and get the right donut or I'm stuck with no one knowing about it from the company. The website doesn't have any spot to contact them directly. I won't take a chance on that location again. I wanted to get treats for my daughter and her coworkers, but maybe I'll just get them the cobbler place instead. read more

Taste is good and fresh. Presentation (frosting) is very sloppy. Ordered half dozen and they stacked two on top of the other four when there was plenty of space in the box not to do so. I'll try again, but won't order to bring to a work function, etc due to sloppy presentation. read more

I went in there in 10:00 pm,the donuts looked like they were sitting their for hours.Slim selection to where u can go to Kroger and their would be more donuts and a better variety. Got the donut holes and they look like chicken bites with dried up frosting on it. read more
