Would love to do a poll: if you receive an email on 1/14/26 about an encouragement to sign up for a Blo Membership with a specified $80 a month & it comes from the Blo Rocklin location, and because of this email, you cancelled your existing Blo membership and re-enroll, is it the owner's responsibility to rectify the situation? No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

Walked in a couple minutes before my appointment and was greeted right away. Met my stylist Brittany and she was amazing! We talked about what cut I wanted and she listened to everything I said. The whole process was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Would love to come back and have her cut my hair again.
