Also, the Redondo salad was missing ingredients, and several ingredients were not as described: chopped instead of shaved onions, sliced instead of shredded carrots, chopped instead of julienned peppers, no tomatoes, no cucumber, no celery, which are all listed ingredients in the menu description. The service was good and quick, there was plenty of seating (4 top and larger tables plus some bar seating). The food was acceptable but not really mind blowing to me. This is the only place you should go to eat in Jemez Springs. The pizza at Jemez Mountain Brewhouse complements their craft beers. Their pizzas are unique to New Mexico. Ours was so good, the two of us ate the whole pizza. They also offer traditional pizzas for those who are not adventurous. It pairs with their rotating selection of brews. They have small batch beer and you can tell time was put into its quality. Service was pretty good too. Everyone was attentive and friendly. I liked the brewhouse mountain feel when you go inside. Metropolitan city top-shelf pizza in the middle of nowhere :-) Ordered an herbivore pizza and added vegan sausage - because the two ladies at the library down the block were raving about it. They were so right! The Spicy Cheesy Bread was unique to the local specialization in chiles, and wasn't too spicy! Tried a variety of sauces (spicy BBQ, garlic oil, spicy red, red) and all of them rocked. Can't say enough about this place. It's right next to the Buddhist monastery where I attend yoga and meditation workshops, so look forward to visiting it every time I come by. read more

We order a pepperoni, fennel sausage, mushroom and onion pizza and a hibiscus ice tea. Everything was delicious. I was impressed by the quality and flavor of the tea. Stopped by after a morning in the mountains and let me say, this was the perfect spot for some post hike bites. I really really enjoyed the hot wings, the sauce was amazing. Our server told me they add pesto to the buffalo sauce and it made for some garlicky wings. I will say it had quite the kick and we were sweating. We also got one of the signature pizzas with spicy sauce and roasted garlic as well as sausage, maybe a bit of an overload on the spice and I would order a little differently if I came back. Small mountain town brewhouse, what a dream. The food here was fantastic; we ordered pizza and salad to split for 4 people. The servers and bartender were all friendly, checked in on us, and ensured we had everything we needed. When we came in on a Thursday evening, Max played guitar, and locals were sipping beer, eating food, and playing tabletop games. This brewhouse has some games and toys for kids, which is always a nice touch. They recently started brewing their own beer, and I look forward to trying it. A lovely spot, attentive owners, and wonderful way to spend an evening. read more

I go to this place on a regular basis and absolutely love it. There pizza is fantastic and the sauce is amazing. They do brew there own beers and offer a variety of local beers. The service is always, quick, friendly, and attentive. There is a decent amount of seating; however, there are so many beautiful spots near by to bring your pizza if you end up there during a rush. One thing I really like about this place as well is that they offer Pepsi products instead of Coca Cola. Most restaurants offer only Coke, which leaves me ordering water. I will continue to return and recommend this place to anyone I know that is traveling through. read more

We had kind of a large group so we ordered a ton of pizzas to go and all were quite good! I particularly liked the green chili and Jemez ones. Both were a little hotter than I expected but in a good way. The crust is just ok and kind of needs to be dipped in ranch to really make you want to eat it. read more

Service was great. I couldn't find an updated menu online, and as a vegan I didn't expect much. The menu had vegan pizza and house made hummus, both were incredibly delicious. My fiance and I were visiting from out of town and the lack of vegan options in Santa Fe and surrounding area (Los Alamos up to Jemez) was a bit disappointing. But, we were super happy and pleasantly surprised with this place. The pizza was top notch, honestly the best vegan pizza I've ever had! They use a daiya mozzarella, which I was suprised was very good. Normally I'm not a daiya fan but whatever they did was delicious. The pizza was ok. The breadsticks were ok. The place seemed relatively clean. The service is sloooow. Comically slow. 45 minutes for a pizza and breadsticks. No refills offered. Most tables were empty. Water is self serve, they don't have "soft drinks" but maybe they don't know what soft drinks are? Most appetizers were out, though we stopped by at 5pm. Note they open at 4, but aren't able to even think about making food until 5:30. So here's how to correct it. Have your ovens ready when you open. Turn them on about 3 so they're hot and ready. Stock up for holiday weekends if you're going to be open at all. Greet your customers when they walk in. "Hi, have a seat anywhere." Have menus ready if it's sit where you want. When they sit down, offer to grab their drink order. Don't make your customers hunt for their own water. Be ready to serve food at 4pm if you're open then, or say so on the door/website. Bar open 4pm, dining 5pm. Follow up with your patrons, "Any refills? Everything tasting good?" "What else may I offer?" Things like this make the dining experience pleasant for all. read more

One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. The Spicy marinara didn't even need red pepper flakes like I put on all my pizzas 10/10. Max was our server and he was super nice and friendly. Ordered a medium pepperoni & mushroom pizza to go. Was cut into 6 slices. Crust was really good, mushrooms were fresh (not canned). Ample cheese. Good flavor. Not too salty, which I like. My only "sort of" complaint was that the cheese wasn't "even". Some slices had 1/4 inch of cheese. Other slices had hardly any. Overall, really yummy! read more
