I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.

Life changing! When I was a teenager I made the mistake of shaving my chin and under my chin/neck…read morearea and as you know once you shave you always have to shave. Fast forward 27 years of shaving my chin and under my chin/neck every day and I found Ser Aesthetics. I was skeptical because I had tried laser hair removal 10 years ago and it didn't work very well, it was so expensive and you had to commit and pay for several treatments upfront. I started my treatments at Ser in July 2024. After my first treatment in a week or two I noticed a slight difference the hair wasn't as coarse. I religiously went to my appts every 3 or 4 weeks until about April 2025. After every treatment I could visually see and feel the difference. The hair was becoming less and less coarse and wasn't growing back as quickly. Every month that I went I noticed I was shaving less and less. I could go one day without shaving and not feel the stubble, then 3 days, then 5 days, and so on. By April I was barely shaving at all anymore and just being feeling my face so soft and without stubble was so satisfying. For 27 years I was self conscious and wouldn't let anyone touch my chin or face because of the stubble and always had to carry a razor with me just in case the 5 o'clock shadow showed up or I stayed overnight someplace. In April I felt I could stop going every month and wait to see the stray hairs pop up. It was 3 or 4 months before I noticed a few random hairs pop up. That told me it was time to do my touch up appt. Overall, Ser Aesthetics has been a life changer for me and I recommend it to anyone feeling self conscious about hair on their face or body. You do have to commit to going to your appts every month, but I promise you it's so worth it and you will not regret it. The ladies are so amazing and so nice, it's reasonably priced, and best part there's no commitment you schedule your appts as needed.
