Scheduling was a breeze, setting up the sales visit and the install day was easy and they were prompt for both. The majority of the paperwork was done online, and payment required the first half at the time you set the install appointment, with the second half collected at the end of install. The guys who did the installation were friendly and respectful. They showed me the basics on how to use the system before they left. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. Our A/C quit working in the middle of a 100+ degree heatwave. I contacted several companies, but most could not make a service trip to me for several days. I was pleasantly surprised that Whirlwind could make it out the next day. Turns out they are great at what they do. Ivan spoke with me on the phone to discuss what was wrong and what might be the cause that night. The next morning, he was here by 9:30am to trouble shoot. Within an hour the A/C was up and running and Ivan had put everything back as it was. Costs were very reasonable and, more importantly, they were exactly as stated before arrival. I liked most that Whirlwind was great at communicating with me, the customer. Both over the phone and in person. They were clear about the types of problems I could be facing with a 17+ year old system and what the worse case might be (full replacement since my A/C uses a now banned refrigerant). While they checked out the system, they kept me informed every step of the way and I earned a few things. When they finished, everything was put back in place, just as it was when they arrived.
