Four seasons heating and AC came well recommended, I asked them to look at my heating/AC which was barely working. To preface this , I had a competitor who had put the original system in to look at it... they quoted 2500.00 to repair but thought it might make sense to look at a new system. They quoted this at 14500, and we were looking at both options until we discovered the system was only 6 years old, decided to buck up for the 2500.00 They never got back to me, so researched other companies. Four Seasons came out... found the filter ( was up in the attic space) was blocking the system due to never being changed. We had the other company out in 2022 and no mention of it needing changing , nor this time did they say it was needed Long story short ... four seasons charged me 189.00 including the filter... everything is working beautifully. I was contacted by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling regarding a Generac quote and scheduled an appointment. The company failed to show up and made no attempt to call or notify me. When I followed up, staff were completely unapologetic. They refused to reschedule me until more than a month after the original appointment--conveniently after all promotional offers on the Generac units had expired. This level of disregard for a customer's time and the appearance of deliberately waiting out promotions before offering service is unacceptable. They installed our new heating unit. The cooling system had to wait for the HOA approval for its location ! They worked with us on that even though the proper way was to install both unit @ the same time . They didn't not charge any extra for them to come back at the later date . A neighbor had a mini split system installed by Four Seasons and the idea appealed to me. So I got a set of quotes for a multi-head system and settled on Bosch installed by Four Seasons. They weren't the cheapest, but the value was there compared to the upselling by other companies. Scheduling was a breeze, setting up the sales visit and the install day was easy and they were prompt for both. The majority of the paperwork was done online, and payment required the first half at the time you set the install appointment, with the second half collected at the end of install. The guys who did the installation were friendly and respectful. They showed me the basics on how to use the system before they left. It was a breeze from getting the price quote from Jason, following up with ordering/installation, to having my AC/Furnace installed. Everyone was really friendly and responsive whenever I have questions. The installation guys arrived on time and finished the project within 7 hours. They made sure to explain what they did, and what I need to do in case I need to shut off the switch/how to install new filters. I had Four Seasons do a yearly maintenance on my heat pump and air handler. They were running early and called ahead to make sure an earlier time would work for us. I was very impressed by the two men who performed the work and love the itemized documents you receive. This is the first company I have worked with over 9 years (and there have been a few) that does this. I won't hesitate to use them on an annual basis. I had been told last year by Dr HVAC that my freon was running low, but it was too cool to get an accurate reading. Four Seasons said it is just slightly low, not enough to add any more at this time. And, btw, saying it was too cool was BS (my words, not theirs). I had no problems scheduling an appointment 6 weeks (my request) ahead of time. read more

Absolutely the most overpriced rip off AC place I have ever endured! They charged me 1139 (one thousand one hundred thirty nine dollars) to replace a broken fan! You can buy a brand new air handler for less! When I asked to talk to manager repair technician said he was the manager and refused to adjust price to a fair price, I looked the part online and it was 473 with free shipping to consumers clearly they should have a wholesale price for less and it took him only 1/2 hour to replace a fair price would have been no more than 600. Kyle was the tech and he refused to adjust and threatened to remove the part unless I paid the 1139. Will never user them again! read more

So I'm keeping this short. Not sweet. My sister had this company out several times to fix her heat pump that wasn't working correctly. The last time they came out, they added 5lbs of refrigerant, claimed she had a leak and condemned the heatpump all within 50 minutes of arrival and departure. Most qualified technicians can make a general assessment of a peice of equipment in that amount of time, and to add 5lbs of refrigerant to a system that holds 8lbs 3oz. What the Hell were these "Techs" thinking? Two guys on the job and they come up with this? To summarize- these guys are modern day crooks and will lure you along for all they can. I called in to replace a circuit board under their warranty. They told me the part cost $300, but I'm required to pay additional $300 for mandatory installation (a $600 Job in total). The part in question was instead ordered from the manufacturer for $120, then took 22 mins for private party to install. This company lied about the part cost, labor quote, and had a ridiculous policy to charge labor on parts under warranty. Their excuse was that the house was resold, but the part nevertheless had to be installed by them for $300 even though the warranty was still active. read more

The heating system stops working if it gets too cold. They installed an uninsulated external water condensation pvc pipe that freezes if below zero, and it stops the system from working when needed the most. Currently sitting in a freezing cold house after spending thousands of dollars.. We informed that "our systems are not built to handle this kind of cold". read more

After they did a tune up, I had them to come back and rewire my thermostat so I could use my heat pump I arranged for them to do my next door neighbors anual check up at the same visit They charge my neighbor their inspection fee, plos several hundred to clean a fan, and they charged us both $90 service call fee enen though we are next door! I got a ductless mini split heat pump after years of waiting. At first they weren't allowed at my condos, back when the rebates were $2,200. Now they're allowed. The rebates come to $1,000, but the prices of the units have dropped. (Still about $200 more than two years ago.) Anyway, a neighbor had one installed and recommended Four Seasons. A very nice gentleman came out to do the quote. Turns out he was the owner. He has this business with his sons, which I think is lovely. I paid 50% down and scheduled a tentative date. I received a call the next business day from one of their customer service staff to let me know she would email forms for the rebate that I needed to sign. She asked what I needed for HOA approval, and sent the photos and drawings I needed. In every interaction they were very polite and helpful. On install day, the technician arrived early within the one-hour time window they quoted. I'd already moved aside furniture in my condo and on my patio for him to work. He laid down drop cloths to protect my carpet and emptied out my storage closet for me. (I hadn't realized that needed to be done.) The electrician arrived shortly after the tech, and he crawled up into the attic to run a circuit for the new equipment. Before he left, he vacuumed up the little bits of insulation that fell down. The install took all day. One reason for it taking so long is our HOA requires the wire covers be painted to match the building. It was wet and cold and the first coat took a long time to dry enough for a second coat. The tech didn't want to leave the job half done with streaks. Great attention to detail. He gave me a tour of all the equipment: how to clean the filter, what every button on the remote did, PGE's tips for using the heat pump more efficiently, etc. Despite the late time of day, he did not rush through and continually asked if I had questions. When he was finished, he put everything back where it belonged, vacuumed up any remaining mess, and even offered to help me move my furniture back where it belonged. I signed the forms verifying completion of work, and paid the remaining 50%.. Tips: If you're considering a heat pump, might want to do it sooner rather than later. The rebates are likely to get smaller over time. Also, plan for two days at home. One for the install and one for the city inspection that has to be scheduled within 6 months. I hear they don't necessarily show up when you want them to. I was impressed with Four Season's professionalism and thoroughness. I will have them back for maintenance, and will update this review based on overall performance over time. read more

I had the chairman (as his card describes) come out a perform an estimate and provided me a cost and said it was good for a few days and will go up over 600. 00 dollars after that. I felt this was a a high pressure sales tactic. He said he couldn't discount it but gave me a cash payment discount of 2% after I balked. I later called to see if I could negotiate the price further as there was 250.00 gap between my budget and the estimate. I advised that I don't use checks but debit cards and Sam advised that the discount no longer applies if I use this form of payment. I was dismayed as the form of payment is like cash and most companies consider it as such. During the estimate, I was working from home and as I was time limited and asked the estimator to email me the specifics which he responded saying they don't do that. He proceeded to go through his presentation regardless of my request and said he needed 1.5 hours for the entire visit. He then quickly scribbled an estimate and seemed to be upset at my request. In essence I felt devaluated and patronized as a potential customer. I hear they do good work but I will not give them an opportunity to do the work due the poor treatment during the estimation and negotiation phase. I wonder if this behavior was due to me being a woman. I hope their staff goes through some customer service training, implement some modern payment methods and communication protocol. They lost a paying customer due to my bad experience. read more

They will sell you the unit, don't expect it to last very long. When you schedule service and explain your AC unit is not working, you get an appointment a month later. So they want your money from the sale, but you can kiss off any service after that. I tried to get an earlier appointment, but no one called back. I emailed them as well, all I got was a email message that they got my request. Try Global heating and cooling. I called them on Sunday during the heat wave. When we pulled contract it was apparent the installer never did install the wire. They tried to charge us again for replacing the wire. We asked if this would be considered fraud. Buyer beware . I used this company in June of 2021 to install a brand new Goodman Furnace and a Goodman AC unit. The price was a little more than others quoted me, but like usual, you clearly get what you pay for. Jason, the sales guy was great at explaining everything initially and then later when working with me after I decided to go from an 80k BTU furnace to a 100k BTU furnace after the initial quote was already accepted/agreed to. They called me the day before the install and told me someone would be here the next day around 8am to get started. At 7:50, they had 3 friendly gentlemen at my house and eagerly ready to go to work. Before they started they explained the entire process to me, went over their plans for the install and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Once they got to work it was very clear that I had made the right decision to hire this company. From the complete and total professionalism and super knowledgable staff who answered every and any question I had and kept me informed every step along the way, to the drop clothes, the cleanliness and care they took with my home, I was very impressed and very happy with the service received and so far the equipment that was installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their furnace or AC unit. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. The installers were top notch...all 3 of them were excellent. They said they would show up on a certain day and then the business day before they cancelled on me. Now I'm in an emergency bind because our heat pump just went out. They claim they can't show up because there is only one technician that can repair our unit and that person is out. Why didn't you tell me that was a possibility three weeks ago when I scheduled an appointment? If you would have told me this, I would have scheduled with a different company. People need to be able to reliably schedule maintenance on their units and this was our annual maintenance servicing. Now, with this heat wave and my unit going out, all the other companies are booked as well. I basically have no a/c now. I also know my unit is very common. And you all claim to specialize in repairing heat pumps...and you still want to tell me you only have one technician!? I see at least eight on photos associated with your business on google.
