Best food ever. Need Collagen? Get phozilla! I thought the guy serving was not even 21 years old turns out he is older than me. Im 33. He says his secret is he eats the dish 2x a month. That white stuff that looks like fat is not fat, yes there is some fat but the truth is most of that jelly tasty stuff is collagen! Straight from the source and fats help deliver it to the body. I felt great and after eating there once, our knees didn't hurt the day after! My skin repaired itself from the dry colorado air almost like magic overnight. I will be back here to get my collagen from the source as a health freak. Prices are perfect, I couldn't ask to change anything, the dish is pricier than others but the size fed us for two or three snacks or lunch later and i get extra broth to take home-recommended-and they will box it up to go. It was amazing and huge and although a bit higher price it is cheaper than other places would charge for it, everything fair price and not too expensive otherwise. While I think that the quality of their pho is excellent, the customer service is just too awful for me to return. I used to eat here minimum of once a month, but it's just not worth it anymore. The last THREE times in a row, I've ordered ahead online and either they lost my order, or they were an hour behind and I'm forced to sit in the dining area and wait. Defeats the purpose for me. All three times, the staff acts confused and scattered and refuses to toss in any free apps or discounts for their mistakes. Management needs to get it together because I really do love their pho. read more

Went to Jennie as a recommendation and I had the streak pho and spring rolls both were ok not to write home about. The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because when it came to the check they took my card then to charge me the wrong amount about $9 more than my original bill. They didn't explain why they have done this by accident until I came to the counter to find out what was taking so long. They proceeded to tell me they plan to cancel the original amount back to me which would take 3 to 4 days back to my bank and then recharge me the correct amount. Both my boyfriend and I were home sick, so I ordered us some chicken pho for him and a veggie pho for me. What's better than some warm broth with a little spicy to flush out the system? The broth was absolutely incredible. My only gripe about this order was that for the amount of chicken my boyfriend got, I imagined I would get the same amount of protein. Shut this place down! The food quality is bad. Fried rice is WAY over priced and they give you steamed rice and steamed veggies. I was shocked and upset when my order for a dozen wings was $25. As the menu indicated $12. The waitress then claimed that there are 2 sizes, and the small is 6 wings for $12, however, nowhere on the menu was this shown. When I asked for even a discount to help with the extreme unexpected price, there was no accommodation or apology. I told the waitress I will never return. Always so delicious! Rare steak pho and chicken spring rolls are always my go to. Broth is always flavorful and well seasoned, not too salty like I have experienced with other places. I work down the street and this is a fast, easy comfort meal that I rely on any time of year, especially in the winter. Two weeks ago I ordered the Combination Rice Noodle Bowl and it was delivered with the Pho broth. This week I ordered it again and it did not come with the broth and the meal was a total disaster. When I called to ask where the broth was the person I spoke to said they would not deliver it to me and that I would have to come and pick it up. (I paid $12.00 for the initial delivery) When I got there she handed me a small container with a Vietnamese sauce and said what I ordered was the rice noodle bowl and not the pho bowl. I explained to her that I had received the pho with the Rice noodle bowl before. She said it was a mistake for me to have the pho broth with my meal. I asked how much it would cost for the broth, and she said $8.55, I said just for the broth. They lost a customer and I warn you to watch what you order because they make up your meal with what they have available. read more

Decided to try this place Jennie Pho (under new managent) even though we have been here under previous names. The service was slow, understandably, considering they are still trying to hire more staff. The food was good. The prices are a little high for extra sides. My reason for giving 3.5 stars is because I noticed one of their staff was wearing their mask under their chin. If all the other staff are wearing theirs properly, why isn't he? And if that's the case, why should customers be expected to wear theirs when they enter the establishment? Not sure if I'll be back any time soon though. read more

Terrible service. New ownership does not know how to resolve customer conflict nor run a restaurant. We ordered through Uber eats. They accepted the order, 'prepared the meal', and even connected us to several drivers. The restaurant proceeded to cancel the order an hour and a quarter later. We called the restaurant and they put us on hold. The manager said that they didn't have ANY of the ingredients for the meal from the start. The manager blamed this on having new staff that don't know how to monitor the app, yet they managed to accept the order and keep us updated. Very unprofessional of the manager to hang up on us. read more

Decent food at a good price. We went for an early dinner and were served quickly. The veggie pho was great and very flavorful. Even the small size was very filling. However the tofu fried rice was bland and needed some chili sauce and other add ONS. Hoping to try some other dishes there. And they have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. read more

I came in to eat today and the food didn't taste authentic, and their vegetables looks sad and it seems like they reuse them. However, the reason I'm writing this review is because the service here was really good, but what seems to be the owner was just bashing on his servers. I came in around 5pm and there was about 4 servers working and it looked like one of them was about to leave. The owner starts to raise his voice at the other servers and you can tell by the looks of their faces and the tone of his voice that he doesn't respect them at all. One of the servers looked new and she looked like she was struggling helping customers out, and when she asked the owner for help, he would just force her to go ask the other servers. She did not look like she was properly trained and she looked helpless. I feel bad for the servers that are working here, if i was them I'd look for another place to work at with a better boss!! read more

Jennie Pho is my go to! I travel a ton and Arvada/Broomfield is like a second home to me. Pho is a favorite or mine and Jennie's is the one to beat of everywhere I have been. The broth is so rich, the meat is so flavorful and everything is customizable. The serving is so generous for the price and you can't bear family businesses. I also have food allegories and they are always accommodating and knowledgeable. Menus are clearly marked and I have never gotten sick. Highly recommend all the way around. read more
