    Late night Krispy treats!
    Jill H.

Five star as compared with similar fast casual dining options. We came in starving after a long day, arriving just after 8:30 pm. This is close to closing time, yet the staff greeted us warmly and didn't act annoyed that we were dining in and taking up space right up til close. I haven't been to a Noodles in a long long time cuz they'd taken my favorite dish off the menu. My son informed me that they now serve "zoodles" and I knew I had to give them another try. I was happily surprised with the flavor and quality of my meal. I ordered the zucchini spicy peanut sauté, size regular. I immediately saved about 1/2 for the next day and had plenty to enjoy for dinner. The dish had a nice crunch of veggies and was tasty. Daughter ordered her standard penne rosa and was happy per usual. Restaurant was spotless, inviting and bathrooms were even gave us left over rice crispy treats for free since it was the end of the day! Sadly, no pics, except the crispy treats.... I mentioned I was ravenous, yes?!?

Pleasant meal in clean restaurant, but to be honest... not much better than many frozen pasta dishes. If you want Italian noodles... go to Italian restaurant. If you want Asian noodles... go to Asian restaurant. Catch my drift? Fast food-ish noodles is successful for this chain, but for someone who's eaten many noodle dishes, I have to say it was subpar. (Good. Not great.) Even the cheese bread was comparable to what you could do at home with frozen product.

    Japanese Pan Noodles

I originally thought this was going to be a terrible Asian restaurant, but was surprised to see that the menu had a variety of pastas, Asian noodles, bowls, etc. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles which was stir fry udon with shiitake mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, and bean sprouts. I added shrimp to the dish. Noodles had a sweet and spicy soy sauce which was pretty good. I also ordered the Thai Curry soup and it had rice noodles with some veggies. It was a nice soup to drink along with the noodles. The staff was great as I mentioned that it was my first time visiting the restaurant. The cashier recommended some dishes, such as the Stella Rosa and said that if I wasn't satisfied with the meal, they would make me another dish. Stellar customer service.

Truffle Mac and Cheese... Can you see the mushrooms? Not really. It's Teeming with flavor though! Rather tasty. Just needs more mushroom.

It was ok. The only thing I would go back to try would be some of their mac and cheese. I got the Pad Tai and my boyfriend got the truffle mac and cheese. I tasted his and it was bursting with flavor! It was supposed to come with mushrooms, which I felt they skipped on. From what I saw they put about two or three in them. My pasta was ok. Nothing to write home about, and definitely not worth ten dollars for a regular serving! My Pad Tai came with scrambled egg, peanuts, onions, and a couple other things. The peanuts were so small it was like they went through a food processor. There was maybe a quarter of an onion in the whole serving and basically nothing else. There was a whole egg scrambled at the bottom that I had to cut up. It wasn't cooked and mixed throughout. They skimp on everything except the pasta. You're paying for pasta... That's it. And I didn't feel that there was enough sauce. I did feel that the flavor was good though. But again, I would only go again to try the mac and cheese. I didn't think the place was that dirty as I had seen other people say. But I guess it depends on the day and time you go. Their service was ok. The girl who rang us up had zero emotion or character. She kind of whispered hello when we got there. It was my first time and we stood looking at the menu for a while. She never asked if we needed help or if it was our first time to explain anything to us. She was just... Kinda there. The lady that served the food was nice. I think she might have been a manager. I did see another girl come up front from the back. Not sure if she was cooking or what... But she had her hair in a ponytail and pulled through the back of the work hat... With no hair net. I think this is why so many people are posting about finding hair in their food. When you wear a hair net you don't have this issue. I was vastly disappointed by the tea machines. They had sweet and unsweetened. I put a little bit in my cup to taste it. There was a half a teaspoon in the quarter cup of liquid in my cup! There were sugar crystals piled on the bottom of my cup! And the taste was horrible. Way too sweet. I rinsed out my cup with water from the machine and got soda. I could yell that the nozzle was not cleaned regularly because I got regular Dr. Pepper and it tasted like there were other flavors added. This happens when you don't clean the nozzle every night. Overall, I won't be back soon and I wouldn't bother wasting your money on their food. If you want pasta...go to the store, buy it, get the sides, and make yourself a nice dish. It's not worth it.

The remaining mac and cheese with meatballs, summer flat bread, and Asian pan noodles with shrimp. Yum.

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server quickly took our orders and provided us with complimentary bread. I ordered the pappardelle Bolognese, and it was absolutely delicious. The perfectly seasoned Bolognese sauce was thick and made from San Marzano tomatoes. A hearty and hefty amount of meat was also mixed into the sauce, all pairing perfectly with the thick pappardelle pasta. The sauce was so perfect and delicious, I even took the left-over sauce home to plate on my own pasta. I would highly recommend Parma Trattoria for authentic and delicious Italian food.

I even mentioned looking forward to sampling ALL the Mozzarella AT A "MOZZARELLA BAR" What I got, only had two Mozzarella cheeses. When I asked why, I was told that, "The chef puts whatever he wants on the plate!" I was told the same story about the music: When a certain manager is there, he plays music. When he's not there, they play nothing audible. So the food was good, service was good, and atmosphere was ok. I may return to checkout a new bar

I can't tell what makes it special and unique as an Italian restaurant. It's not advertised that they make their own pasta so I couldn't really tell you. This is truly a 2.75 star experience. It's a really popular place for a first dates (we saw a lot of first dates). But this place is small so if you talk in a louder voice, I can hear your first date conversation from across the room and I now know what your favorite color is and a story about your aunt. Just keep that in mind (it's also not a loud restaurant so your date will be able to hear you). Food was okay. The chicken piccata was underwhelming. The best part was the pasta itself. Not enough chicken pieces for what it is. The fried mozzarella was interesting but not for me. The best was the chicken Alfredo and even that was just okay. For the price that we paid, I would've preferred to go to the chain and get their chicken Alfredo because it's always enough to last me 2 meals.

The crust was super crispy, and just loaded with amazing, locally sourced toppings. The Carmine pizza had Colorado mushrooms, sausage with fennel, fresh basil, multiple types of cheese, including ricotta- my mouth was singing with all the flavors. They generously gave us some additional ricotta cheese- if you are willing to spend the $2 extra for that, you should. It MADE our pizza. The ranch and tomato sauce were good too, and believe you me we ate every bit of them, but the ricotta took it to a whole new level. The pizza was a good size for 2 people, we each got 4 slices and felt a little too full but not painfully full. You could feed 4 on it if you do an additional appetizer or dessert. While there is a good amount of parking finding a space can be tough with busy businesses located nearby. I've had the pleasure of visiting this location on two occasions as part of a food panel. Tasting panel's last about forty five minutes and are very delicious and user friendly (each person has an iPad to complete questions about the items they taste). How did I get invited to do such a fun thing? I'm a longtime member of the Noodle Club and an avid user of their app. Invites arrive via email and if I'm interested to take part I complete a survey (it asks questions about allergies, etc.) to see if they are looking for opinions from people with my preferences and needs. If my attendance is indeed requested (after they review my survey results) I just go ahead and schedule which panel I will attend. Overall I love Noodles & Company. The highlight of the evening was the superb service. Our waiter was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely diligent in making sure everyone at the table was comfortable and well cared for throughout the evening. His warmth and patience, especially with two tired young children in our party late in the evening, were greatly appreciated. The appetizers were excellent, and the bread was truly superb. Most of the meal was enjoyable, though a few dishes did not quite live up to their descriptions. The lentil soup, unfortunately, was rather bland and forgettable, lacking flavor and depth. Two entrées the tilapia specialty and a risotto-style dish also felt somewhat overstated compared to expectations and unfortunately they were way over salted. To the restaurant's credit, concerns were addressed politely and professionally, though the offer of a replacement felt a bit scripted as the evening was growing late. We did choose not to accept the replacement. Overall, however, the atmosphere, hospitality, and thoughtful service made for a very pleasant evening. With a bit more care from the kitchen in matching execution to presentation and description, this charming restaurant could truly shine.
