Very unethical business. The clothes are extremely overpriced for the quality you receive -- it feels like you're paying more for the owner's "taste" than for well-made products. You can find similar styles at half the price and with much better quality elsewhere, both online and in physical stores. I also noticed that the staff is not very friendly. If you try to return or exchange something, you're met with attitude rather than helpful customer service. Overall, a disappointing experience. read more

This cute little boutique has a lot of great one of a kind pieces that you can't find anywhere else. I found so many beautiful long dresses (they can also customize any of their dresses in a long or short version), tops, jumpsuits, and accessories to match. The owner, Jennifer Croll, who I had never met in person before entering the boutique, is friendly and offers excellent service. I'm nicknaming her the queen of custom design because she is a quick no-pressure matchmaker for ladies of all sizes looking to make that special purchase. It's impossible to tell how apparel is going to look when it's sitting on the rack and I was impressed at her dead on suggestions and professional manner with which she gave them. It's refreshing to see such a humble, sweet, and helpful owner-operated boutique with great selection and service. Overpriced! Poor business conduct. I went there to return 2 items (totaling over $500). The owner was out sick, and the person covering (I think was her mother) was unable to process the return, but gave me an informal receipt which is not uncommon of small businesses. She told me the owner would call me after she processed the return. I made the mistake of trusting that they would do the right thing. After weeks, then months, no refund to my credit card. I disputed with my credit card company but since the receipt was unofficial and not dated, I had no claim. I tried calling and left messages, but no return call. I do not have the time to keep going down there to see if I can catch the owner when she was working. I decided it was not worth my time. It was my fault for leaving the items without the return being finalized. It was my fault for trusting that the business would be ethical and process the return after they received their items back, without the run-around. But in the end, I think everyone should hold up to a certain business and ethics code, and this business did not impress me as having one. read more

Every time I go to this compact women's store in downtown Los Gatos I find something else that I HAVE to have. The pieces are timeless, most are made in black matte jersey. Jennifer does stock other fabrics and if you find a style you like she will use the fabric you choose to custom make a piece for you. I needed to have a pink dress to match a pink hat and I couldn't find a dress to match the hat anywhere! Jennifer gave me a tip on a fabric store to check for matching fabric. I was thrilled to find exactly the right color. I brought her the fabric and she had the dress ready in 3 weeks, on time for my event. Prices are reasonable and customer service is very personalized. read more

I came into the store for window shopping and my god I saw the most beautiful blue dress in the world. I couldn't afford it but the sales lady still let me try it on. Very kind. Last Saturday my wife and I were walking downtown Los Gatos and I got dragged into what looked like just another Santa Cruz Ave shop. Once inside, the place turned out to be a very sophisticated store. The atmosphere was well thought out, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive (although not bothersome) and clearly they knew what they were talking about. Even me, as much as I hate shopping was impressed at both the selection and the quality of the items on display. Clearly this wasn't just another dress boutique staffed with pretty, but dumb sales people. Jumping on what my wife saw as an opening, she tried on several dresses and finally selected one (in the vernacular...a LBD...) to purchase which was quite elegant, though I must say, somewhat pricey. She argued that it was well made so we decided it was worth the price. (as if I had any say in the matter) You get what you pay for.....and I just wanted to post a nice thank you to Jennifer...who ever you are...for the dividends I received in exchange for buying this dress.
